The breakfast Louella put to get her for our 2 days was more than enough and very tasty. Great to have a propane grill to use as well It was a nice sanctuary to return to after a day of exploring and playing. The breeze in the afternoon was great on the deck and the view over the ocean was always there to greet you. It is located on top of a hill so you get a great view but if you did not have a vehicle it may not work for you. For us it was great

I would advise to add more to the description as in the studio is attached to a house that you live in, also as a smoker the description smoking throughout does not say you can’t smoke outside which you can in all outside areas. We had to walk up the road which is not what we wanted. Apart from that was lovely

Perfect location. - Very friendly and welcoming hosts, everything was explained to us clearly, advice was given on what to see, where to go and also places to eat. very enjoyable continental breakfast was included. Hosts were there when we arrived. Everything was perfect.
• Michael (10/5): Spacious, peaceful, accommodation with superb views across Yeppoon to the ocean and islands - There were ample supplies provided for breakfast as well as a tray of biscuits and also some home made chocolates on arrival. Also plenty of backup tea and coffee etc. Great sunrise and moonrise viewing from the private deck. No complaints at all.

• Karol (9/5): Modern apartment with lovely hosts - Louella and Anthony are very welcoming and provided us with great advice about places to see in the area. The apartment is very modern and comfortable with lovely private outdoor decking with excellent views of the sea. Nothing to dislike. I would say that if you don't have a car/transport, the accomodation would be a decent walk /climb from Yeppoon. However, with a car, it was excellent as it was quiet and the views were exceptional.

Facilities were great and very well equipped along with Bbq. Hosts Tony and Louella went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It is a short drive in to town but the view makes up for it all.

You have everything you would need and more, away from home, down to the little luxuries like make-up remover wipes. The amazing continental breakfast and even homemade chocolates on arrival couldn't be beaten. The hosts were awesome, giving us great information on things to see and do. The location was great! It's only a 2 minute drive from town, and the views were spectacular. The accommodation was perfect! There are no negatives! I'll definitely be back and recommend this little gem to everyone. That I couldn't stay longer!

The hosts were extremely lovely and accommodating. It was lovely to know they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. The little touches including breakfast and the chocolates and biscuits made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

• Mriah (10/5): Amazing stay - The views over the ocean were gorgeous. The place was super clean, well stocked with breakfast and snacks, including hot chocolate which you never get in motels. Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. Communication with the host was great, they were always quick to reply. Instructions for checking in were easy to follow. Location was close to town and the marina but was also far enough away to be nice and quiet. Couldn't recommend this place enough, and would definitely book again if I'm back in Yeppoon.

The room was super comfortable with everything I needed for a short stay. I had no trouble parking in the front parking area, but some people might find it tricky - especially if you have a larger car. Street parking is available if needed too.
