- mariana (10/5): ótima! - tem vaga de garagem própria, não tem elevador mas são apenas dois lances pequenos de escada, dá pra encarar, tem ar condicionado, está perto do mercado giassi, para mim a localização foi eficiente, estava de carro, não sei dizer se tem ponto de ônibus perto, mas me atendeu perfeitamente bem, voltarei quando precisar. o armário do banheiro é grande (para um espaço pequeno) e deixa o espaço da privada bem apertado, como os clientes vão para intervalos de tempo menores, acredito que o armário não precisa ser tão grande, poderia ser menor, aliviando o espaço ao lado da privada, sugestão apenas.
