• Helen (9/5): Great flat, location fabulous. - Fabulous location and the flat was very spacious. We should have been made aware that there was a club underneath the flat. There was a noise from 11-3 every night Friday-Sunday with a lot of noise on the street outside.

• Aira (8/5): The apartment is beautiful and the location is great. - The apartment is beautiful and the location is great. We liked that the apartment has two bathrooms. Check-in and support worked. There is a private nightclub downstairs and there was music at night on weekends, so it didn't bother us. When booking the apartment, it was unclear which apartment you were actually renting. It turned out that there are two different apartments and the large terrace does not belong to one of them, although it was in the photo included with the confirmation. Our terrace was narrow and unfortunately the water drainage there was incorrectly built and the terrace was full of water. In addition, there were a lot of cigarette butts floating on the terrace. It was unpleasant. Since the apartment has two bedrooms, there was only one key to the entrance, which made it inconvenient to move around separately.

It was impossible to sleep. The property was not fair in disclosing the noise from the night clubs. This should have been mentioned upfront in the Booking.com page. It was mentioned in the fine print of the second page when reserving the property. It mentioned that there is noise from the city. It did not mention that we would have to listen to two night clubs at the same time. Impossible to sleep.

L’appartamento grande, perfetto per 4 persone, due camere ognuna con bagno, cucina e ampia sala, peccato il divano un po’ sfondato. Bella terrazza arredata, molto confortevole. Un po’ di confusione le sere in cui vi era musica al piano sotterraneo, fortunatamente le camere sono sulla strada e non si sentiva tanto rumore del locale, si sentiva però l’arrivo dei clienti e il loro vociare.

• György (10/5): Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és jó választásnak bizonyult ez a szállás! - A szállásnak szép volt a berendezése, és külön előny, hogy tágas a nappalija. Az apartmanban nagyon jó hogy 2 fürdőszoba található wc-vel együtt. Egy kádas és egy zuhanyzós, melyek a szobákból nyílnak. Kényelmes, hogy az 5. emeletre a saját lakásunkba vitt fel a lift. A lépcsőház elegáns és tiszta volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló. Nagyon sok nevezetesség sétányi időre van. Közel van 2 metró állomás is. Bevásárlásra az utca végén egy Tesco bolt volt a segítségünkre. Nem negatív értékelés, hanem javaslat, hogy legyen a lakásban egy lapát és egy seprű is. A morzsák összeszedésére ez segítségünkre lehetet volna. De megoldottuk úgy, hogy a porszívót használtuk. :-)

• Denis (9/5): Superb - The location was extremely convenient for us—everything was very close by, yet the apartment was on a quiet street. As other reviews mention, there is a nightclub in the basement of the building, but this is common for the area, and we hardly heard any noise. The apartment itself is very spacious for this part of London, and the terrace is fantastic. The furniture and decor are a bit worn but still high-quality and in good condition. The only minor inconveniences were that the Wi-Fi stopped working at one point, and the hosts couldn’t fix it, as well as a sensor going off twice at night (we never figured out what it was), waking us up. That said, all the other positives far outweighed these two issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment!
• Kaan (10/5): Exceptional Stay - I recently had the pleasure of staying in this amazing apartment just a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is simply unbeatable—you're in the heart of London, with everything from shops to theaters right on your doorstep. The view from the spacious terrace with outdoor seating is breathtaking, and we were even lucky enough to see the London Eye in the distance, which made mornings feel even more magical. There’s a Tesco Express just down the street, along with numerous stores and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. You’re also within walking distance of the iconic Fortnum & Mason and several stylish arcades, offering a fantastic shopping experience. The apartment itself is incredibly bright, with plenty of natural light flooding in throughout the day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and it is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a stay in the city. The building is stunning, and the entrance gives off such a classy vibe. The elevator is a real bonus, especially when you're staying in a central area like this. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located spot in London. I can't wait to return! The only minor issue during our stay was some noise from the nightclub downstairs and the street, particularly in the evenings. However, it wasn’t a major problem and certainly didn’t overshadow the fantastic experience we had. Another small suggestion would be that the closets were filled with a lot of items, so if those were removed, it would free up more space for hanging clothes.
