• Alexander (7/5): Gut - Lage ist gut, wenige Minuten vom See entfernt. Ausstattung, Betten, Sauberkeit gut. Wohnungen sehr hellhörig, Kommen und Gehen aus den insgesamt 6 Wohnungen bis spät in die Nacht und ab dem frühen Morgen, extrem lautes Schliessen der Haustüre.
• Withers (2/5): Really disappointing, had better experiences at other similar accommodation in Friedrischafen - - Convenient location. - Parking available. - Only 1 drinking glass (in an apartment for 4) - Bathroom had cigarette ends in toilet. - Bed Sheets or room was not made up every day (As per booking) - Towels were never renewed daily. - Noisy when other residents arrived back into building. - Cupboard shelves were dirty. - Breakfast was not provided, although booking stated it was. - Building and decor was dated.
• Christian (1/5): Nie wieder in dieses Appartment reine abzocke - Die Betten waren ok Sehr schmutzig Wohnung stank nach Rauch sehr schlechter allgemein Zustand keine Rauchmelder sehr viele Möbel kaputt das Geld nicht wert die reinste Katastrophe als weiteres Beispiel eine Damenbinde lag noch im Müll die Fenster mit Klebestreifen abgedichtet Schränke kaputt mit Gefahr von Verletzungen

• Lesia (7/5): Fine apartment for a short stay - Well equipped kitchen and variety of kitchenette tools; spacious rooms. At the time of arrival it was really cold in the apartment and heating was off, even though temperature outside was around 0. The mattress in the corner bedroom needs replacement, as you sink in it. Bathroom isn’t the most convenient, once you shower water spills on the floor.
