• Chris (4/5): Don’t be fooled as we were, as the pictures do not reflect the current state of the townhouse. - The property was spacious Not as described. We would not have gone if we knew that most of the living room furniture had been replaced by cheaper/inferior, I.e armchair replaced by two hard stools. The dining chairs replaced by cheap chairs. Sofa covered with a stained fitted sheet. linen not as pictured, un ironed sheets, no duvet covers. Used soap and shampoo left in the bathroom. Kitchen filled with used food from previous guests. Not hygienic. Hole in cabinets where microwave was. Pile of cleaners shoes left by the front door as you come in. Considering the Money we paid for this, we were expecting a higher spec - certainly not immaculate as described.

• Nicola (8/5): Worked well for our family event. - Great Location: close to stores, transit, walks. Parking was easy and so close to unit. Communication with host was excellent. Entry was easy and well explained. Stairs (1-2 storeys) need to be climbed to access bedrooms, bathrooms and garage. Kitchen is moderately equipped.

• Christine (9/5): Superb - Great location for a medical trip as it is across the street from Sunnybrook. Very spacious, clean, had everything we needed. Host was kind and prompt with messages.
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - House was clean and property contact was kind and responsive. Two burned light bulbs were immediately replaced upon request and a bathroom mat was given on request. Apartment has direct access to underground parking allotted space. Washer is also a dryer. Overall nice. Toronto public transit (bus + metro) is easy to use and you just pay by tapping your credit card. Mattress on upper floor was wiggling a lot at the slightest move (cheap springs) and bed noisy. Could not sleep in two people, my wife who's less tall moved to another bed, luckily there was an extra one. Bathroom shower downstairs (garage level) still had leftover paint tools in it. Being a townhouse there were a lot of stairs. Great for exercise but do not rent if you have issues with stairs: Garage floor and washer + bath , kitchen/entrance/dining floor, bedroom 1 and 2 + bath floor, bedroom 3 + bath floor, rooftop terrace floor (no furnishings)

• Misty (10/5): Exceptional - Home was very clean, and the hostess was incredibly responsive. The location was great, in a beautiful neighborhood with parks nearby. Very safe with the car garage.
• Bogdan (5/5): Avoid if you need more than 2 bedrooms - Good location, convenient underground parking and clean (even though not cleaned during your stay even for week+ stays). The property states 3br / 3ba but 1 of the bathrooms is a WC in the basement and one of the bedrooms is tiny and with a single inflatable bed which is not usable. Of course nowhere on the photos at the time we were booking. For our group this was a complete disaster - adult sleeping on the couch for a week. We have contacted the host to ask for a solution (ex. single mattress on the ground) with 0 success. Feels like they are selling the property and trying to get a little revenue in the process.

• Stewart (9/5): We greatly enjoyed the townhouse, and our host seemed very willing to help us in any way she could. - The townhouse location is ideal for anyone needing to visit Sunnybrook Hospital. It is within a 10 minute walk. The Townhouse itself is well kept and there is a below ground parking space included. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the use of a combination washer/dryer is included without any additional charge. Just a small cautionary note for those with mobility issues: there are three long flights of stairs which can make carrying luggage up to the bedrooms for an elderly person or someone with knee problems. On the positive side however, the stairs at all levels are well lit. Another small point: the oven is modern, digital and not very user friendly. (Our host did indicate she would be placing instructions nearby to remedy this problem.)
