• Igor (9/5): - Sehr gute Erfahrung, Schlüsselübergabe war wirklich einfach (Videoanleitung). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell,gut ausgestattet, schön und groß,sogar gibt platz für sechs Personen. Gegenüber ist Bushaltestelle und viele Geschäfte sind in der Nähe.Zentrum ist in 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Eingang in der Gebeude sieht nicht so modern aus aber spielt keine Rolle, weil wie gesagt die Wohnung sehr schön ist. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich empfehle herzhaft.
• Amardeep (7/5): - Spacious rooms and conveniently located. The building where the apartment is located was not super clean.There was some strange odour in the hallway.
• Oksana (10/5): - The flat is spacious, clean and bright. The layout is well thought through, kitchen has all necessary pottery and cutlery. The host is easily accessible, as we were able to retrieve our forgotten jacket several days later. Also, beds were super comfy. The only thing we would have changed is the jacket hanger mounted on the entrance door, as it is easy to forget your stuff when the door is open ( clothes are hidden between the door and the wall).
• Ataulfo (7/5): - Buena ubicación y barrio tranquilo. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle y no es de pago. Apartamento amplio y cómodo. En general contento con la elección. Fallan algunos detalles de mantenimiento alguna ventana no abre, otras no cierran bien, pequeñas manchas en las paredes. Primer piso con escaleras bastante incómodas pero debe ser algo común en Bélgica.
• Aurélie (9/5): Parfait pour quelques jours - Pièce de vie très spacieuse et lunineuse, 2 chambres séparées spacieuses et confortables . Immeuble calme et quartier avec parking gratuit. Arrivée autonome et indications claires. Pas vraiment problématiques mais quelques petites choses pourraient être améliorées; aération de la SDB, douche qui inonde la pièce, peu d'ustensiles cuisine, ouverture des fenêtres en oscillo battant, rideaux occultants pr les chambres. Ces points n'ont cependant pas entachés notre séjour mais m'empêchent de mettre un 10.

• Anna-reetta (8/5): Good place to stay with a family on our way from Luxemburg to Netherlands - This appartment was a good place to stay with a family on our way from Luxemburg to Netherlands. The appartment seems to be quite newly revovated. Inside the appartment was clean and homey. The stairwell was dirty and dusty. There were construction materials there. There was no warm water in the morning, but calling to host we got information how to fix the situation.

• Thomas (3/5): Health and safety needs to be addressed - It was spacious Health and safety concerns: the building requires a key to come in and out of the building. In the event of a fire, if you try to escape and leave your keys in your flat you cannot exit the building. We had 1 key for a group of 4. It meant if people wanted to stay in and others wanted to go out they had to be locked inside. The flat also had a strong smell of mould. Black mould was visible in the building entrance. The layout of the shower guaranteed leaks and the power sockets were damaged.

• Paul (8/5): Disappointed that the advent is incorrect..If it had said on street parking we would never have booked this property.Now - It was clean and tidy. Two bedrooms were very spacious. Washing machines was great. Convenient to the supermarket. The bakery across the road definitely recommended. Once you were in the apartment it was good that you were on one level. The entrance hall going to the property was very off putting. It smells old and musty. The paint is falling off of the walls. Needs some attention!! Not very inviting. The smoke alarm/co2 monitor was off the ceiling and too high for me to replace when asked was given the wrong batteries for it and theThe owner made no attempt to rectify this or put it back on the ceiling . The parking is a nightmare considering in the advertisement. IT SAYS FREE ON SITE PARKING!! ITS NOT ON SITE AT ALL ITS ON THE STREET PARKING. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PARK YOUR CAR STREETS AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY. ON THE FIRST NIGHT MY CAR WAS VANDALISED BADLY. DEEP GOUGES ALL OVER THE BONNET MADE WITH SOMETHING LIKE A KEY AND SOMETHING UNPLEASANT TIPPED ALL OVER IT. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE THIS REALLY SPOILT OUR TRIP AND MADE US ANXIOUS AT NIGHT BECAUSE WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT STATE OUR CAR WOULD BE IN ,IN THE MORNING.

Everything worked out well except one thing. One window in the living room was leaking which is why we had to turn the heater all the way up.

Still worth a recommendation! - Uncomplicated handover of the keys to check in (I have been provided a video instruction that clearly explains how to get the keys). The apartment was comfortable and in a good overall condition. If you walk to the city center by foot, it's quite a bit of a walk up and down the hill. However, it was pretty easy for us to find a parking space.

• Matthew (9/5): Superb - The video to get the keys was very helpful. The accommodation was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was very good. I didn't get the instructions for the property to be vacated by 12 midday, the host was very helpful in allowing me to stay a bit longer. Thankyou. There is no microwave. If there is a wifi code this should be clearly available. The lock to the entry door has a code. Some instructions to lock this may be helpful. The curtains are a bit small for the windows.
• Samantha (8/5): This stay had all the comforts of home. - The apartment was lovely. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It came with free parking outside the building and was close to a supermarket. We had an issue with the shower draining. But I’m sure the landlord who was very help will have sorted this.
