Lilly P Lee (10/5): Cozy beautiful apartment within a walking distance to the tram stop - Very cozy apartment in the vicinity of the tram stop and only 15 minutes from the city centre. The apartment has all the facilities you need for a short stay. The host is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is great in summer where the area is protected from the burning sun. Not really. Maybe the floor needs to be vacuumed.

Harald (8/5): Schön - Ruhiges und sauberes Appartement. Wir waren zu Zweit und auch nur 2 Tage. Dafür war es angenehm und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Betten waren gut und bequem. Badezimmer war Alles schön und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Shampoo, Duschzeug, Seife und Fön standen auch zur Verfügung. In der Küche fehlte ein Spülbecken. Für uns war es für die kurze Zeit nicht notwendig, doch wer sich längere Zeit hier aufhalten möchte, fehlt es.

Alexandra (10/5): - Schöne, ruhige Lage und eine prima Anbindung zur Straßenbahn.
Dennis (5/5): Kleines Apartment mit Mankos - Für meine Zwecke lag das Apartment sehr gelegen zentral in Sudenburg. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Ein Hinweis auf den Code direkt im Zimmer wäre cool. Ein Parkplatz ist im Innenhof. Sonst wäre die Parkplatzsuche anstrengend. Als Einzelperson war die Größe der Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend bei kurzem Aufenthalt. - Plissee defekt (direkt ggü. vom Bett, den Bewertungen nach schon das ganze Jahr) -- Wieso überspannt man eigentlich zwei Fenster (also inklusive Oberlicht) mit einem Plissee? Dadurch ist kein Fenster mehr zu öffnen. - Badezimmer durch Oberlicht einsehbar (wenn ich vom WC auf Balkone schauen kann, geht das auch anders herum) - "Tee/Kaffee ist da" waren zwei Teebeutel - Küchenzeile ohne Spüle (aber immerhin mit Waschtopf) - Kühlschrank nachts schon recht laut
Susanne (5/5): - Neues Bad Es wurde eie Küchenzeile angepriesen. Leider war die vorhandene Küchenzeile ohne Spüle. Die Kochplatte musste man immer in den Schrank räumen. Der Topfbestand war eine Pfanne und ein Minitopf. Auch so sehr liederlich..
