- ronald (6/5): - The property is acceptable not very modern. The problem comes with the managing company who’s run this property. First the location sent by them is completely different from the good one:it’s 30 blocks ahead. Secondly we discovered that they entered in the property without our consent taking away some of the cover bed and some of the towels: they told us it was a mistake Thirdly they tried after I reserved to sell some insurance and other stuff which I think it’s really ridiculous
- D (4/5): Definitely not a luxury apartment - Internet good Always hot water for showers Air conditioning good Definitely not a luxury apartment We would have liked to stay and relax in apartment but not comfortable enough so didn’t spend much time in the apartment Apartment small , not big enough for 4 people No mirror to get ready in 2nd bedroom, no side tables, not big enough for 2 beds 2nd single bed a put you up Settee not big enough for 4 people No light working on balcony Washing machine on balcony outside Rubbish left outside the door in apartment opposite constantly Smells in apartment, never cooked so not sure where the smell was from Balcony needs attention, you could only sit on one chair out of 4 as holes in chairs Bad leak from old air conditioning unit and peeling paint, no working light on balcony, chairs not able to be used, very dirty on balcony and mop filthy
- Alisha (6/5): Great location, clean apartment, comfortable beds but needs maintnence. - The unit is recently renovated and has a lift which is a bonus if y0u have heavy luggage, The beds are comfortable and location is amazing. This unit is located in a very dated building. Noisy AC in the bedroom needs repairs, gutters on the balcony were blocked and water from the AC flooded the balcony. The balcony itself is dirty , you cant even sit outside.
