- Petra (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in einer wirklich außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft - Wir haben die Unterkunft als Familie gebucht. Aufgrund der Bewertungen und der schönen Bilder hatten wir uns sehr darauf gefreut. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Punkten nochmals auf das positivste Übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Den tollen Wintergarten konnten wir zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht wirklich nutzen, jedoch ist er ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder mit 5 Personen eine Unterkunft in dieser Region benötigen, wäre dies unsere allererste Anfrage. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren begeistert.

Für deutsche Verhältnisse unglaublich schnelles Internet (war den Heranwachsenden wichtig) Ein bisschen mehr Pflege der Außenanlage wertet den gesamten Eindruck noch weiter auf.

- Bruno (10/5): A wonderful place to stay-m - The house where the apartment is located dates from 1800 and is absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself is large and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The apartment is fully renovated in a very tasteful and elegant way. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. A truly unique place to stay at, especially if you visit Solothurn and the area for a few days. The house is 4 minutes away from the pool and the river and 6 minutes away from the city center either by car or bicycles. Very convenient. The house is an a large garden surrounded by many mature trees - a true countryside feeling steps away from the city. The host is very attentive, helpful and welcoming. So I highly recommend this charming apartment. Everything is perfect, but, as others have noted, we can hear the road below, but it is not a big problem at all.

It has character, and Solothurn was a real gem of a town! - Historic property, old XVIIIth Century manor house on a hillside overlooking Solothurn and the river, surrounded by fields with sheep. Inside has been tastefully renovated and modenized, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, all mod cons, comfortabe beds and couches. The covered veranda was wonderful place to sit and read and play games. With two boys who like to run around outside, we would have appreciated the ability to use more of the surrounding fields, but they were out of bounds...
