The owner unit hard to answer all my question, I WhatsApp personally and chatting in Booking.my never get feedback, not inform early about the instruction about the parking, so its became "kelam kabut" for us. We arrived at 3.30pm but the cleaner not finish yet clean the apartment. Deposit really high RM300.
- Maria (5/5): Passable - Good secirity and we feel safe to stay and relax. The room was not ready when we arrived. Not yet clean, trash still there and bed sheet cover not yet change. We deposit 300RM and they said will refunded within 3 days but until now I did not get my 300RM deposit.
