- Corinne (8/5): Hôtel très confortable avec très belle piscine exterieure. - Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le personnel des chambres est adorable, la réception moins accueillante. La piscine est grande et propre, surveillée et très agréable car extérieure. La restauration est excellente et le service impeccable. Photos conformes. Parle assez peu l'anglais, hormis Paul Wu, excellent manager si vous avez une souci. Un peu éloigné du centre, à 1h de métro et 45 mn en Didi.

Everything was clean and well maintained Dinner and breakfast were below average for this level of motel. They also had a beutiful outdoor pool that in the middle of june for some reason you were not allowed to swim in, very disappointing. Plus there was not food or drink service at any pool

- Fegan (8/5): Very good - The hotel as a whole is beautiful, inside and out. Very clean and smelled amazing with tonnes of facilities, gym, great pools, and food. The location is a little far from city center, and the breakfast/dinner is surprisingly expensive for what you get.

Well appointed hotel with good sized rooms and very nice facade The temperature control was not working and the room was very warm which we are not used to coming from a cold city. Had trouble sleeping during our transit.

Please change coffee machien to have more options the heating / cooling in the room is tough to manage to get less hot rooms. ii was in spring and it cooled down in evening fast and no mosquitos yet so easy to keep balcony door open. but in hot summer i frear the room will be hot.

- Daniela (10/5): A real 5 * hotel experience - The hotel is huge and has everything you need. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The breakfast is simply great with huge variety and fresh products. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It will be nice if the hotel had a free shuttle to the train/metro station or airport nearby.

- Orsolya (1/5): Misleading of guests, aggressive attitude of staff - We have reserved and two double rooms for 7 people. Upon checkin they gave us 2 simple rooms with a total of 4 beds and insisted this is what we booked, and we can fit 7 people into 4 beds. We had travelled 30 hours with 5 children and were totally exhausted. They made us book and pay another room and acted extremely aggressive when we tried to show them our confirmed and paid reservation for 7 people. It is a fraud and a misleading of customers. We will take the necessary steps to claim our money back. Never again!
