L’appartement, le parking et la piscine ont des accès différents. Il faut donc bien regarder toutes les informations, vidéo comprise
• Maria Dolores (7/5): Visita fugaz a Málaga que comenzó mal pero que acabó bien - Conocía la ubicación y sabía las dificultades para aparcar en la zona, así que lo que más me gustó es el parking, y aunque nadie me lo explicó, el que desde el edificio pudiese accederse al garaje. También me resultó muy cómoda la cama y la almohada, así que pude descansar bien. No me gustó, no me pareció proporcional e incluso abusivo, el que tras efectuar reserva de una noche y abonarla, se me pidiese un depósito de 300.-€. Es cierto que esta condición aparecía en la web, pero nada visible ni destacable, de hecho, aparecía casi al final de web, lo que no me parece correcto. En cualquier caso, ya había abonado la reserva y si no efectuaba el depósito, por mal que me pareciese, no podía alojarme y perdería lo abonado, al igual que si anulaba la reserva, en que perdía parte de lo abonado. Tampoco me gustó la forma de acceso al apartamento y garaje. Tuve que llegar al edificio, una calle bastante estrecha, con el vehículo, tratar de acceder al portal - sin llave o clave - para llegar al piso, entrar en él y poder coger las llaves del garaje y del propio piso. Afortunadamente me abrió el portal un señor muy amable que entraba, y pude llegar al piso y entrar en él con la contraseña que me enviaron al móvil, y luego buscar la entrada al garaje, cuyos datos tampoco estaban bien indicados. Una vez pasados esos inconvenientes, ya todo fue bien, pero hay que dar y explicar mejor las indicaciones y facilitar un modo de acceso al interior del edificio para poder acceder al piso y a las llaves, sin molestar a los vecinos o sin tener que esperar a la amabilidad de éstos.

• Dajana (8/5): - Location is great and the apartment is big enough for two people. Nice looking and convenient. I have to say that we really didn’t like the fact that the check-in was at 15:00 pm, personally will never book an apartment with a check-in that late. Although the apartment was probably ready even earlier the owner did not let us enter earlier or at least leave our luggage in it. The owner suggested leaving the luggage at their office which was 10’ on foot from the apartment, so dragging two big suitcases for 10’ on cobblestone is not an option. Also, there is deposit of 250e to pay - I didn’t know this and will never book another apartment with the deposit. So, if you don’t mind these things then book it.

• Janina (8/5): Wonderful! - The entry was well secured. Getting hold of the keys and getting into the parking felt a bit like a reverse escape game with a few riddles to solve in order to get the parking and apartment door to open.

• Irina (8/5): Very good - The appartment is small but beautiful and functional. It has 2 separate sleeping places: a bad and a sofa (where the mattress is not very confortable). The phone operators were very nice and patient. The location is convenient as the center is in a 15-20 min walk. We arrived in a car and the check-in was extremely difficult for us. Even after studying all the letters from the owner it was tricky. I will try to explain it here in hope that it will help someone. First you come by car at Refino 15, grab the remote to the garage door from a locker on the wall and enter the garage. The place you need is №45 on the floor -3, it's in the farthest corner of the parking. Then you need to go up with all of you luggage by elevator that is just neer the parking lot to the floor where you appartment is because you have reached the Jinetes street underground. We didn't get that from the first time and had to make a dozen of phonecalls to Rems. Also the doors open with a link in your mail which made me a bit nervous (the internet quality, battery etc). There are no normal chairs, only barstools. It's a block of flats with a patio, so it was noisy.
