• Elena (1/5): Bad - Hello, I would like to start by saying that this apartment was very dirty, the sofa was stained, the parquet, the curtains, the walls in the bathroom were very dirty and there were mice in the house, there was a lot of dust in the bathroom, it was very ugly and very dirty, it smelled very bad in the bathroom from the sewage, the drawers throughout the house were dirty, it doesn't have a wardrobe for clothes, I don't recommend this apartment, I suffered a lot for a month, I paid 2k and there was no internet in the house either
• Silvia (3/5): Nice looking for the picture, but do not dare to touch - La ubicación Well, where to start? We booked this apartment thinking it will match with the beauty of the city, but we were extremely wrong. The first thing we found just arrived was the entrance full of trash, and I am not talking about the streets but the hall of the apartment. The floor is completely full of papers advertising some supermarket or things like that. It looked like no one took care of picking it up for at least few months to say the least, there were also plenty of bugs and spider weeps. Then, going up the stairs there is an entrance also completely full of unused staff such as a vacuum cleaner, some shelves broken, old curtains and a very suspicious bag full of flies and mosquitoes. Papers on the floor again, very unclean and spider weeps all over the place. Then there are more stairs extremely narrowed. Pets were allowed, so we brought our little Shih Tzu but if you are thinking about coming here with a bigger dog... Well, I would advise you to just go somewhere else. There is simply no space in the stairs. What to say about the apartment in general? To say something positive, the temperature was really nice inside even if the heat was really unstandable outside. For the rest... It looks kind of cozy and nice in the picture, but in reality you can not touch a thing because the possibilities that it is either broken or dirty are almost 90%. When we booked the apartment they wanted us to pay some extra money for some things, such as the sheets and the towels. We thought it was ok, so we do not have to bring them so we paid 15 EUR for 2 sets of towels and the sheets. When we arrived, I checked everything was in order and big surprise, the towels were dirty, with some black stains... I sent them pictures and asked them for a fresh set of towels... They told me they will send the request to the correct team and never heard about them again. We had to buy a set of towels...
