- Soren (2/5): Bad quality, missing hot water and air condition issues. - The location of the apartment is good. the common facilities are good. The apartment is generally done in very cheap materials and has a lot of personal stuff in it. The water heater has an issue and only working some times. when we arrived the air condition had issues as the door to the aircon room was left closed and it therefore overheated and the aircondition could not cool some rooms which meant it was impossible to sleep. Somebody kept closing this door which meant we had to keep the aircon on all the time to secure that the apartment was cool. The door to one bathroom could not be closed properly and another door has some items falling down behind the drywall which affected that the rolling door could not open. In the end if the stay the owner required payment for fictive damages of the apartment.
