• JL (10/5): PARA RECOMENDAR - El apartamento está bien ubicado y bien comunicado, parada de bus y tranvía a pocos metros. Las instalaciones son correctas y amplias, con todo lo necesario. Anfitriona muy atenta, tuvimos varios problemas por el retraso del avión y la reserva y no nos puso ningún inconveniente y nos facilitó en todo momento las cosas. MUCHAS GRACIAS... Por poner una pega, el ascensor es pequeño, por el tipo de finca donde esta situado. pero el apartamento muy amplio y cómodo.
• Clara Matos (8/5): - Localização. O apartamento é bonito Um dos quartos não tem ar condicionado, e isso não estava mencionado. Isso teria excluído a minha escolha deste apartamento. O elevador é mesmo pequeno, só cabem 2 pessoas.

• Jadwiga (9/5): Superb - Penthouse very comfortable, spacious in a historical building. Alessio is a very patient, supportive host. Maps, if needed, are available in the near bookstore. Close to the metro and many historical sites. We walked around 10 km a day. Supermarket jus 2 blocks away. One key only. But there is a key locker. Lift quite small, but it worked well.

• Kristina (10/5): Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family holiday, we had a great time and would book again! - Perfect location - 15min walk to Termini station and 10min to Coloseum, bus stop and metro station nearby. AC working smoothly, no outside noise despite being on busy street. Beds were very comfy and kitchen equipped enough. Our host met us upon arrival even before scheduled check-in time, gave us a short apartment tour and explained everything.
• Martin (8/5): Great location whilst also being quiet and comfortable - Great location with plenty to do within walking distance from the apartment whilst also being close to the tram, bus and underground systems. A remarkably easy city to get around. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and very quiet with good access to shops and local restaurants Not a lot about this place not to like.
• Naser (10/5): It was a wonderful stay. - My family and I loved the apartment: it was comfortable, clean, spacious, well-decorated, and fully equipped (the kitchen had everything one would need to cook). The location was amazing as we had many attractions withing walking distance, but also had the opportunity to take either the bus or the metro close by. Lastly, the hosts were lovely and friendly, always helpful with any question or asking we had. All in all, we liked everything and we would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Rome.
• Mikhail (10/5): The apartment and host are fantastic - The apartment is clean and spacious, with nice bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a family. The large bed is exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is small but clean and well arranged. The classic Italian building has its flair. Although located on a big street, the apartment is very quiet. The location is great. The historical center is within walk distance. If you prefer public transport, the metro station is just few minutes away. A supermarket and several pizzerias are also very close. Special thanks to the super friendly host Natalia. We arrived in Rome quite early and asked if we could drop our bags. Surprisingly Natalia arranged early check in that we really appreciated after a long flight. She provided a lot of helpful tips to make our stay in Rome more impressive.
• Polina (10/5): Best value for money in Rome - The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood, within minutes from the Colosseum, sorrounded by restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and well furnished.
• Avril (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, short walk to the Collesuem and St Maria Maggiore Basilica. Manzoni Metro 3 min walk from the apartment. Lovely safe neighbourhood and a variety of shops and restaurants just outside your door. Everything you could need within the apartment, spotlessly clean and really quiet which is lovely after a long day sightseeing. The hosts were terrific and very hospitable! We couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome!

It was so comfortable as I travelled with my husband, father and daughter. We had amble space. The area is also wonderful with a variety of cuisine and walking distance from the colosseum and train station. The host are amazing too.l We loved it!!
• Vito (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment: with two bedrooms, large living room. Suitable for large families. The apartment has excellent sound insulation. Great area: no tourist bustle, but there are many good cafes and restaurants nearby. At the same time, the metro is 5 minutes on foot. The Colosseum is 10 minutes walk. Very attentive and friendly hosts:)
• Dorota (10/5): Exceptional - I sincerely recommend Merulana Penthouse, the owners are very kind, no-problem and friendly people, the contact is very good and very quick answer on messages. The apartment is in great location: food market is just on the corner, it's good place from where you can go in different directions of historical centre, metro station is also nearby. Via Merulana is very nice, large street which seems to be safe (in the apartment is very quiet). The apartment is very well equiped: there are all the facilities which are in the description of the apartment, the apartment seems like new ( is really beautiful and stylish), is very tidy. The apartment has spacious big salon with kitchen part and 2 separate rooms. Big bed is very cozy - it's great that there are duvets not just sheets.
