Super consigliato, soprattutto per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Tre camere con ognuna il suo bagno privato. Zona giorno molto grande e luminosa. Il terrazzino nel centro di Roma non ha bisogno di commenti. Meraviglioso.

- Patricia (9/5): Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Rome! - The location is unbeatable—just turn left after stepping out, and the Spanish Steps are right there. The apartment's size and layout were exactly what we needed. It features three bedrooms of similar size, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that perfectly accommodates six people. We couldn't have asked for a better Airbnb in Rome. Elaine is a fantastic host who responds to any questions almost instantly If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the hot water capacity. If everyone showers at the same time, the water doesn't stay hot, so it's better to stagger them. However, this didn't affect our experience much. We are so happy we booked such a high-quality place!

- Linda (10/5): Perfect apartment for a group of 6 right in the heart of Rome. - Excellent location, lovely apartment. Perfect for our group of 6 with all 3 bedrooms being as good as each other. Lounge/kitchen area was bigger than it looked in photos as was the lovely sunny balcony. Minor issue but bedroom door handles could do with replacing. Had a tendency to pull out.

- Maria Sofia (9/5): - Appartamento in ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza di Spagna. Check in molto comodo. L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole; particolarmente bello il terrazzino su via Condotti. I cuscini dei letti sono un po' scomodi e non in tutti i bagni era presente il bidet.
- Nurhajati (10/5): - The location is superb. Each room is good size and has own ensuite bathroom, hence very convenient. The apartment has small outdoor space to sit around. Dinner table and living area are apacious. There is washing machine and dryer. The electric kettle has white water crust at the bottom of it and when you boil the water it came off. The matress is sagged in the middle. The elevator is very small (2-3 persons and body cannot turn) Having said all we did not like, we still really recommend the place 😊

- Albina (10/5): Лучшая квартира в Риме с чудесной террасой!!! - Это лучшая квартира во всем Риме!!! Мы не первый раз в этом городе, но это жилье - 10000/10! Мы были вчетвером, поэтому искали вариант с 2мя спальнями и 2мя ванными. Здесь всего было по 3! Три прекрасные изолированные спальни, каждая со своим сан узлом. Прекрасная гостиная и кухня, есть все необходимое, даже 6 видов штопора))) Все новое, чистое! А терраса!!! Это сказка! Чудесный вид, уютная! Идеальная для вечеров после долгих прогулок. Ну и место расположение! Это просто алмаз! В 2х минутах от испанской лестницы и всех достопримечательностей! Везде можно ходить пешком. Рядом очень много прекрасных ресторанов с высоким рейтингом, магазины продуктов и шопинг. Это лучшее место в Риме, поверьте!!! Фото в букинге хуже, чем квартира в жизни! Рекомендую эту квартиру на 100000%! А еще, есть лифт! И новая сан техника! Невозможно чтобы что-то здесь не понравилось!

- Jindřich (10/5): - Krásný apartmán s terasou, 3 ložnice s vlastní koupelnou, obývací pokoj, vše krásné, nové, čisté… Super místo kousek od Španělských schodů, okolo spousta restaurací, obchodů a hlavně památek v docházkové vzdálenosti! Skvěle jednání hostitele i paní, co nám předávala klíče! Prostě místo, kam se budeme vracet při každé další návštěvě Říma 🤍 Děkujeme za krásný pobyt.

The location is the best you can be searching for in Rome as a tourist - 30 min walking to Colosseum; 30 min to Vatican; main shopping street is around the corner; Spanish step and Villa Boghese - 5-10 min walking. Recommend it 100%!

- Alma (10/5): Perfect Stay! - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Belsiana Apartment for several reasons. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location was simply unbeatable. Just a short three-minute walk brought me to the iconic Spanish Steps. Shopping was a delight, surrounded by luxury brands and many restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner of the apartment was friendly and attentive, providing clear information. Additionally, the amenities provided in the apartment made it feel like home. From a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals to comfortable bedrooms and each bedrooms are attached with bathrooms. How convenient for large group of family. I can’t wait to return! None.

- Hagnell (8/5): She nicely let us keep our luggage there till 1:30- clean & great location - Location was amazing. Clean and the little balcony was a nice addition. Couldn't find sheets for the sleeper couch. We rented last minute so they might not of had time to prepare our visit.
