• Gelena (10/5): - Butas buvo tvarkingas ir jaukus. Atvykus pradžioje nebuvo rankšluosčių, bet greičiausiai juos tiesiog pamiršo padėti — vakare viską atnešė. Bute buvo šilta ir ramu, nes langai išeina į sodą, todėl nesigirdėjo gatvės triukšmo. Vienintelis minusas — gana gerai girdėjosi kaimynai. Labai patogi vieta: šalia yra maisto parduotuvės, netoli autobusų stotelė, iš kurios važiuodavome į Londoną, taip pat netoliese ir traukinių stotis. Rajonas pasirodė saugus ir malonus. Bendras įspūdis geras. Labai mažas dušas, nebuvo muilo.

• Leonard (7/5): - The location was nice, a clean quiet Street. The apartment looked better than in the photos. It was cozy, all the facilities worked as proposed, except the the Light in the bathroom We were given instructions prior to our arrival. Beds were pretty comfortable When we arrived, we were given instructions how to check in. We could not find the house at first, but after a few minutes we found the correct house number. We were told to Use the Pink key, but it was really hard to unlock the main door, as the key was new or something like that. On the 2nd day of our stay the Light went out in the bathroom, and the owner did not respond to my message, so we had to shower/Use the toilet while using the flash from our phones.

• Gary (8/5): Stay in a comfortable apartment with parking - That there was off street parking. Close to the shops and food shops There was no plug in the sink for shaving. Although the bed was comfortable the duvet and quilt were not the best. The front door key was very temperamental and would not always open. Very frustrating

• Adrian (8/5): Good base to visit family in the area and explore London - The space was efficient and the sofa bed was great. Many shops nearby and easy connections bus and train to larger shopping areas / centre of town and easily walkable to family nearby was key reason for property selection. Washing machine was helpful and eating facility and utensils were sufficient. The hosts were able to offer some flexibility as our dates changed and enabled early arrival and also late check out which was much appreciated. Lack of cupboard in bedroom and large floor based mirror. A wall based mirror could have enabled cupboard space rather than just a clothes rail.
• Joe (6/5): Warm quiet flat with a lot of potential if some issues are fixed. - Great location near shops, cafe and bus stop with frequent buses. The house has a few flats in it, I was in Flat 2, very quiet house and area and warm for our winter stay. Decent Wifi and hot shower. Working kettle, microwave and bathroom. Great for 3 people for short stay (bed is too soft for me) but a few improvements need to be done for a long stay. Very Squeeky stairs leading to the flat. No curtain in the kitchen/ living room space. The radiator in the bedroom did not really heat up so quite cold at night time. Washing machine was left on and door closed with a lot of condensation on the glass and mould in the lining of the inside of the machine. Due to the condensation and mould it smells really bad if you open or use it. The Oven has a strong smell of curry and unwashed trays. The Freezer is just full of frost.

• Bailey (10/5): Christian was a great host and would definitely stay here again. - Clean, easy to find and easy instructions to self check in, great wifi and lovely pub and chicken shop 2 mins walk away, plus a nice cafe near the overground, about 15 mins on the overground and then 15 on the underground to get into central London. The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that’s to be expected.

• Kanmi (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, clean, easy access, and peaceful area. Nothing to dislike. Everything was as described.
• Qi (7/5): Great location and low price, but you get what you pay for. - Location is close to various public transports, grocery stores. At the end of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper supply, and were not able to request more. Beds are not really comfortable.

• Denisa (8/5): very comfortable, great neighborhood, the price is excellent! - The apartment was very clean, it matched the description provided, plenty of space for three people, the kitchen had a lot of useful appliances (kettle, microwave, toaster, etc) and some pantry staples, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, it has a lot of opportunities for eating out or takeaway, the supermarket is a few metres away. Also, there are plenty of ways to getting to the center of London (bus, train) and the shower is amazing. Christian was very helpful and responded quickly to any question we had, the self-checkin procedure was quick and easy. I would recommend it for sure! Dishware was mostly designed for two, there was enough cutlery and pans, but a few extra bowls and cups wouldn't hurt (if there are three people staying there) Also, a closet or a set of drawers would come in handy when unpacking clothes,

• Jana (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is located near 2 train stations, so it is possible to comfortably reach the center by direct connection. Checkin was possible at any time without the presence of the host, as well as checkout. The accommodation was clean. Towels were missing in the apartment, but the host dealt with everything quickly and brought them. The bed for 2 is 1.5 in size, so it's fine for a short-term sleepover, it may not be comfortable in the long-term.

I have been there with my family and it was really comfortable Quick and easy check in, clean house in a quite residential area not really close to London centre but in the nearby there were subway and bus to move easily to everywhere All was ok

• Hana (6/5): Pleasant - Flat by itself was ok, nice and quite and there was even extra double matras to use. House was really dirty, especially stairs full of hair and dust and smell of urine. Infront garden was really dirty, full of garbage.

Also, Chris was very helpful prior to our arrival and also came to - The apartment was close to my relatives home in Lewisham and Ladywell, and also accessible to many shops. I also like the eateries in the surrounding area on Brockley Road and Honor Oak Road, and Budgens and a chemist just teo minute away. It was a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed having on-street parking on every road around the apartment. We enjoyed the layout, television, kitchen and clean hardwood floors. The bedding was very comfortable with fresh linen, lots of pillows and the toilet was very clean and so were the soft towels. It was good to have the microwave, large fridge and kettle. We didn’t use the cooker or washer as we did not have instructions on how to use the washer. However, we went down the road to a launderette and had a meal at Crofton Park Cafe while our laundry was washing and drying. The entrance foyer had piles of papers, unwanted mail, a door mat and other items on a table which could have been cleaned and organized. The front small yard looked unkept and had an old broken bike with trash and the grass needed to be cut, as well as the hedge. There were many cigarette buds outside the kitchen windows on the porch, which did not look sanitary when making food. The backyard should be accessible as it was quite warm during our stay and would have been nice to sit out there with a drink or just to relax. You could put at least 1 roll of toilet paper in the flat as we were exhausted on arrival and had to go out to get some.

• Jamie (10/5): Highly recommend - Room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It was very well situated with the local shops nearby. Was also great to be able to park so close to the apartment to. The hosts were very pleasant and checked on us when we arrived. The whole experience was a pleasure and extremely easy. I have already booked another two stays with them. Thanks guys and be back soon. The amount of lovely takeaways so close by, I spent a fortune
• Mauro (8/5): Good. - The location was ok, the multicultural and multiethnic environment and diverse stores were perfect for us. The owner is a kind person. The proximity of the bus stops and the train stations was ok. There is nor Air conditioning neither an electric fan, we missed that. Specially for the summer time.

• Ulli (9/5): Warm, secure and homely - very short walk to Central London train! - Staying comfortably and securely in London has become a real challenge! Chris put a lot of effort into refurbishing this lovely semi-detached in South London. It was warm with double glazing (during a cold and damp wintry snap), bright, well furnished, spacious for 1 - 2 people and mostly quiet with a good view across several neighbouring gardens from the first floor. Reliable fast WiFi too! The flat was only a 5-minute-walk from Co-op/Budgens and Crofton Park train station. Perfect! The 25-minute-journey to central London is worth the saving in the day rate. The area is suburban, with a pleasant and calm community feel and I can recommend the Brockley Jack studio theatre next door with good performances. At the same rate, I would definitely stay there again! Weekends do get rather busy at the house. An improvement in good cutlery, please!
• Zoltán (9/5): Nice apartment, good location. Authentic London experience beyond "top 10 things to see" - Chris is a very supportive and friendly guy. If you have a problem, he fixes it. Someone once switched off the central heating but Chris helped us how to switch it back.

• Valentina (8/5): Great and comfortable apartment with good transport connection! - The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to supermarkets and stores and right in front had a bus stop. It was not noisy and very clean. The parking was also very convenient, on the street, but right in front of the house. The facilities where on point and accessible. It was located a little far away from central London, but still very well connected. Commuting took about an hour though.
