- Karen (3/5): Bad. - Near Train Station and Mall. Convenience. The Host! Communication was always one-sided. I was charged an AUD500 deposit without any notification. We were not informed to check on furniture conditions, and when we check-out, we were slapped with a $100 penalty on some minor damages on a chair, which was so not apparent to any naked eyes
- Shelley (7/5): Good - Great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious with everything we needed. On-site parking included as well. The lock on the balcony door didnāt work so I contacted the property and was told they would get back to me. After a couple of messages back and forth I didnāt hear from them again. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed which was disappointing. Also, 3 days after checking in, they took $500 off my credit card. Apparently it was for a security deposit, which I was unaware of. It would have been great if they had of communicated this when I checked in.
- Robert (8/5): Overall, the accommodation was good & two bathrooms an advantage. - We had to supply our own breakfast. Location was excellent for the number of Indian restaurants nearby. Parking on-site was an advantage, even if it was down 4 levels. The district views were good except for the derelict buildings with damaged rooves in the foreground & buildings under construction. The kitchen sink, around the rim requires attention. Mail in the letter box had not been emptied for some time. This was left in the unit. The code for the letter box was asked to be sent as a text message to my mobile as I did not have emails set up on my phone. When I tried to communicate on the number provided, I could not speak to anyone, only leave a message to return my call. I eventually received a text message with the code. I was told the code was available on booking.com in inbox. Could not find an inbox but the area for notifications was empty. When I returned home on Friday & read emails, I noticed the code was sent in an email at 3.02 p.m. on Wednesday not to my mobile as a text as requested.
