• Tomasz (1/5): - The only positive thing about this place is free parking on a street. The rest is very disappointing This place was probably my worst experience for a long time. This apartment is a ruin, it clearly requires immediate renovation. Tails are falling apart, electricity wires hanging out on the wall, devastated kitchen furniture, floor with missing baseboards so you that you can break your leg or at least harm your toes. Then no warm water! However I must admit the staff reacted quickly and tried to fix this problem. Toilet without a sink to wash your hands. And the worst part - it was extremely dirty. After few steps in white socks they turned black! Dirty stained linen. I’m really disappointed and I feel fooled by your photoshopped pictures
• Anton (7/5): Could be better for the money. - As described. Ok for a quick sleep, but: hot water heater didn’t work, freezer didn’t work. Don’t expect much. No hot water, no freezer.
• Walid (8/5): Very good - We liked the space, plenty of room for the price.It was amazing. It was comfortable and has all that you need. The instructions were good I will rebook it again. Thank you We had to take a cold shower until the water heater had to kick on and wait for another 1/2 an hour and so.

There are all necessary facilities like pot, dishes and bowls, hot water, ... Very convenient and comfortable to stay The location is not very good. It takes 30-40 minutes to go to city center. And about nearly an hour from Vienna Central Station

• Shadz (6/5): Overall loved the location, spacious rooms & Interiors - but minus the Water heating issue! - Huge Apartment with all basic amenities ! Just 10-12 mins drive from City Center, perfect place to stay for Family / Friends !! Disappointed by Water Heating Geyser not functioning in Bathroom /Sink. Did not expect this from such a lovely spacious apartment. Also, apartment being on the Ground floor, did not have any sensor operated lights near the lobby area. Lobby area very risky for old age/ senior citizens or kids
• Omid (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, with Vienna's excellent public transportation making it easy to get around. The three bedrooms were just right for our group. The way to enter the home and access the key was simple and hassle-free. There were three issues: 1-The water heater for the shower didn't always work well. 2-The toilet was quite small. 3-We needed more towels—one per person wasn't enough. When we asked for more, the host suggested we buy them, which fell short of our expectations.
• Lihu (1/5): The conditions leave much to be desired, plus the pictures do not correspond to reality! - nothing! cold whater bad wifi air conditioner = fan dirty rooms the bathroom is horrible, it has traces of dust and smells bad+ 1 paper toilet for 7 people there was no door to the great room the kitchen is very dirty+ the floor was found full of traces of dust

• István (2/5): Terrible dirt everywhere, no hot water, no wifi. The owner is not willing to acknowledge faults. - We left the aparment after having a dispute with the manager. We did not want to spend a night where the cleaning staff was came only after when we complained. (7:30 PM) The location should have be cleaned (floor, bath, kitchen), have a running hot water, have a wifi by the time the check-in time is due (3 pm) and not after the guest arrived at 7pm and start noticing things. The floor was sticking with the dirt, the bathtub had black marks inside. No hot water, the heater was not working. After we contacted the manager he claimed to send somebody and nobody showed up. The smell in the WC was awful. The 7th and 8th person should share a sofa which was not able to be converted to a bed. The sheet for that was used and tucked in a cabinet, visibly not fresh. Works are being done in the house which are noisy - We did not receive any warning of that.

• Mykola (7/5): Didn't expect this - The host was very responsive, rooms are spacious with high ceilings, and the location is quiet. 1. The host sent me a message about *parking* and other info with a link - the link didn't work. I had to ask 3 times to get parking instructions. The first reply was exact copy of the previous message. The second reply was just the wifi credentials (???). The third reply was actually about parking. 2. The host sent me wrong wifi credentials. After I replied that it was wrong, the host didn't even know what network was there, so I looked at the router to get the network and the password. It turned out that the router didn't have access to the internet. So technically wifi was there, but it's useless without access to the internet. 3. We didn't manage to turn on the freezer. The fridge was working, the freezer - was not. 4. No curtain in the bathroom so taking a shower means a lot of water on the floor. No rubber or any other mat on the floor either so after the shower you step onto a cold slippery floor. 5. None of the 5 table lamps were working. I plugged in every one of them in different working sockets, and none worked. 6. Pillows were very soft and thin, so my kids and I could use them for sleeping at all. We had to sleep on small decorative pillows which were uncomfortable for sleeping but better the default ones. 7. Since the wifi didn't have access to the internet, TV was useless because it had only YouTube and Netflix, and no regular channels available.
