Guest Reviews
- Alicia (4/5): Great and cosy but not accessible at all - It was very cute and cosy and large enough for all of us without having us all crowded together. The location and the property itself was not accessible at all. Stairs everywhere and no handrails or very weak handrails. We booked this because it states it is accessible so if you are disabled this may not be the best option for you.
The entry is a steep staircase also so not even accessible entry.
- Meenakshi (10/5): Fantastic stay among nature - Wonderful location nestled among the trees, easy proximity to many scenic spots, great size for a big group like ours It was not challenging for us but not easy for someone with accessibility needs as its over multi levels.
- Pernilla (10/5): - Underbart hus med härlig utsikt.
- Crystal (7/5): Mystical and cozy! Would stay here again.✨ - The view was amazing, the lounge area was comfortable warm and cozy watching the rain. It was super aesthetically pleasing which is exactly what we wanted with enough comfortable sleeping areas for everyone to have a restful sleep. I would recommend staying here to experience the lovely view and mystical vibes. Wonderful view and homey vibe, however it just needs a few repairs, and some more amenities such as firewood and some more kitchen supplies. Otherwise a really aesthetically pleasing home.

- sanja (7/5): - Beautiful setting and well styled. Cosy once warm. We did not have access to the wood shed code and there were only 2 matches left in the house. Thankfully, the cleaner was a very kind and helped us get fire starters, matches etc. Biggest problem though was the tank water smell in the master bedroom and ensuite. I could barely sleep. WiFi password didn't work, had to ask for another password.
Some things could definitely have more of a clean eg food crusted on bins.
- Logan (10/5): Amazing, spacious property with beautiful views! Fantastic weekend away for nine adults. Friendly and responsive host to - Amazing location, beautiful views of the ferns from every window and kookaburras joined us on the back porch each morning. Richard was a fantastic and responsive host too! There wasn’t a huge range of cooking utensils or equipment (e.g baking paper) which was okay for us because we had pre-cooked all our food, but may have been a challenge if we needed to cook a lot.
- Angeline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (10/5): would go back to stay longer and explore the surrounds - The location was stunning, waking up the to trees and quiet surrounding was amazing. we had some kookaburras come down the say hello so friendly. The place was gorgeous and warm. the rooms were spacious and the house was a very relaxed space. Family trips, romantic or alone time you could have it all here. easy to get to in the hills.
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (10/5): Lovely stay at the Seednest Sassafras - Beautiful house and location, cheeky kookaburras were entertaining!
- Scholastica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sittichoke (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, It’s a wonderful house!!!
- Jacqueline (7/5): Beautiful house & views amongst the tall trees. It is challenging coming in & out of property. -
- Jing (9/5): Good getaway from the bustling city. - Spacious and cosy home environment. Waking up to a forest scenery feels like a dream. Saw many kookaburra in up close at the balcony. Need good driving and parking skills to park your car. Narrow lane and very dark at night.
- Alisha (10/5): Exceptional - So spacious, the view was absolutely stunning. Very peaceful.
- Kim (7/5): Good - Location was lovely. The surrounding bushland was very dreamy. House very spacious and clean. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Heating was great. Very serene, rained all night both nights. No spare toilet rolls or dishwasher tablets. Sofa bed wasn’t made up which would have been preferred as we booked for 10. Couldn’t get the wifi to work, but admittedly we only tried for a few minutes.
- Romi (8/5): Cosy house for a lovely family weekend - Loved the setting and how spread out it was. Enough space for all of us! Very clean. Host was responsive. away There were no cupboards or shelves in 2 of the bedrooms. We were promised early checkin as we have young kids and it was forgotten about.
The access to the street can be quite tricky driving in and out.
- Cheryl (10/5): Wonderful would definitely like to go again - Location cleanliness Accessibility
- Clare (10/5): It was perfect - House was clean, absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again
