• Alison (7/5): Good stay, but poor quality sleep - Brilliant location. Studio apartment well appointed and had everything you needed. Close to the V&A and South Kensington Tube station. Plenty of eateries, supermarket near by. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. Everytime, my partner moved the springs twanged which led to two very poor nights sleep. I would suggest a mattress topper as a bear minimum but a decent mattress would be preferable.

• Clémence (9/5): Perfect, really calm and convenient - The apartment is well located, really convenient and quiet, which I think is quite rare in London : we slept well and appreciated being able to cook our own meals the evening with the kitchen. We were aware the window and the wall was damaged due to important rain in the winter, however there was absolutely no smell nore humdity, so really just a small unimportant apparence issue I think ;) The window in the bathroom is not so good, you can feel the wind but the weather was nice so it was okay.

Les traces d.humidité et de moisissure ne sont pas sur les photos. Aucun recours possible car le propriétaire ne répond pas matelas peu confortable
• Giacomo (8/5): Good stay in South Kensington - Great price for the area! This single bedroom apartment had everything necessary for a short stay. Suggestive view from the 7th! Small kitchen furnished enough for basic cooking and easy to reach thanks to the elevator. The apartment was good enough but cleaning could have been better. Furthermore the apartment presented mold especially in the bathroom. Some kitchen appliances are not actually usable as completely ruined/dirty.

• Hannah (4/5): Good location, all the rest was not so good - The location was good Excessive old mould and damp in the corner of the property which would require drying out and redecoration. The curtains werent hung properly and there was no ironing board.

• Connie (5/5): - Location ,Bathtub shower was clean. Toilet was clean. Bed made. Did have a Lovely View. Filthy! Definitely run down,needs so TLC. Could have been a really sweet room. But the condition on how it is is Suddered. Bed felt like a box spring. Things were dirty ,curtains hanging half off .walls in bathroom were so dirty with what appeared to be dried snot. Microwave and dishes looked dirty. Was very cold. Used old soap and conditioner in bathroom for guests is just Odd. Maybe if I were a college student I wouldn't care .
• Lian (3/5): It's OK - Liked the location and the kitchenette. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait at least 20 mins for the cleaner to finish. We compained to the owner about this, we received a message hoping we were happy in the alternative room...but we were never offered an alternative. The owner wouldn't do anything as it was just a ONE night stay. The standing mirror blew over onto the bed whilst we slept, this is a hazard. Be sure to move it away from the windows for your stay.
• Davis (6/5): Good for short stay; but hot. - The room would benefit from an additional fan with a cooling mechanism. I understand AC isn’t common place but the room was very hot compared to outside temps, even on a mild day.

Comfortable size for a single traveller or a couple - The location was great , a short walk to south Ken tube station and near restaurants and a grocery store . The apartment was simple and basic . It needs better ventilation as it was very warm in the room because of the sun. An air conditioner would help, more equipment in the kitchen - a cutting board and a frying pan would be great.

• Yvonne (8/5): Very good - Great location, well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Didnt spend much time there so didnt need much. Facing quiet street and double glazing so it was quieter than other apartments I've stayed in in the Cloisters. Very happy to stay again. Basic enough in terms of decor, but did the job, clean, comfortable, quiet and great location.

• Sara (8/5): Would recommend! - The location and facilities were excellent, they also had all we could require during out stay including a pretty food hair dryer! There was some damp which caused a smell that was somewhat unpleasant.
• Anita (7/5): Excellent location, tiny apartment - The apartment is at an excellent location, easy access and the area is nice, walking distance to many public transportation hubs. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and tiny for 2, there wasn't enough towels or kitchen towels at all. However the host was helpful and ready to fix this problem!

Pretty decent apartment, would book again if not for the damp Property had damp and mould on the walls and around the windows. As soon as you walked in you can smell it. We are would not have booked it we had know. Bed was a little uncomfortable, pillows where very think and flimsy.
