• Lukas (5/5): - Lage ist sehr gut für Rom und Vatikan Trip Prozess mit einchecken ist etwas kompliziert. Zimmer war etwas runterbenutzt. Schimmel im Bad, rostige Heizkörper etc. Eher schmuddelliger Eindruck. Dennoch Bett frisch und Böden sauber.
• Scheffer (7/5): Mit Blick auf den Petersdom, ein rundes Erlebnis, eine gute Erfahrung, Verbesserungspotenzial ist da - Die Lage, mit dem direkten Blick auf die Petersdomkuppel, ist wunderschön. Fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen, der Check-in und die Sicherung der Appartements sind gut zu verstehen und verliefen reibungslos. Das Bett ist sehr weich, sind wir nicht gewohnt, aber es war trotzdem bequem. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffee Maschine und Wasserkocher, Tassen und Gläser, einen Kleiderschrank, TV und die Badausstattug ist wie gewöhnlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :) Die Sauberkeit des Appartements war, für einen Aufenthalt in Italien, gut. Jedoch waren vermehrt kleine Schimmelsporen in Badezimmer und unterhalb des Zimmerfensters zu sehen. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt, da der Handtuchhalter sehr verunreinigt aussah haben wir, kleiner Tipp, die Kleiderbügel fürs trocknen derer verwendet. Wir haben das Appartement lediglich sporadisch zum Schlafen und "frisch" machen genutzt.

• Alex1917 (8/5): Ottima base per scoprire il Vaticano e Roma. - Posizione fantastica alle spalle del vaticano e a 2 passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di S. Pietro (da cui è possibile raggiungere in treno l'aeroporto di Fiumicino, anche se con cambio a Trastevere). L'appartamento tutto sommato è dotato di tutto quello che serve considerando che lo abbiamo utilizzato come base di appoggio più che altro solo per pernottare. Per girare in centro occhio che la metro più vicino (Ottaviano) è a 15 minuti a piedi circa (ma eventualmente non è un problema andare con Uber o prendere l'autobus alla stazione S. Pietro che portano in pieno centro). Bella esperienza anche in comitiva. Da rivedere/ristrutturare i bagni (abbastanza datati e un po' malandati).

A mts de estación San Pietro , con una vista de la calle a la basílica que impacta .. vas caminando a todos lados , centro , trastevere , Vaticano ., y sino bus a 2 cuadras . Zona linda y segura para caminar . Habitación básica pero completa , cafetera , frigo, aire acondicionado calefacción . Buena cama . Acceso por escalera a 3er piso . Baño tenía cierta dificultad en el desagüe . Pintura a mejorar en zonas comunes .

I kit di benvenuto composti da colazione, caffè, the, tisane e acqua sono molto graditi. La vista, appena esci dalla struttura sulla cupola di Piazza San Pietro é impagabile. Il letto era leggermente scomodo per i miei gusti. L’ultima notte su tre che abbiamo soggiornato (quella di Capodanno) i caloriferi non sono partiti e abbiamo dormito al freddo.

L'appartamento sarebbe anche carino, se fosse tenuto un po' meglio. Ho almeno apprezzato l'acqua e il caffè di benvenuto. Ho dovuto scrivere al gestore per avere i codici di accesso perché se n'era scordato. La porta del bagno era rotta e non si chiudeva; ho notato una macchia nera su un lenzuolo; l'ultimo giorno, mentre ero sotto la doccia, si è anche disattivata la caldaia: chiudere l'esperienza con una doccia fredda non è stato il massimo...

• Karla (10/5): - La ubicación que desde la calle se vea el vaticano no tiene precio. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia con cafetera hervidor y heladera que ayuda mucho por si queres comprar comida. El check in muy fácil de hacer. Cerca de la estación así que conectada con el centro.

Proprietario disponibilissimo in breve tempo. In camera, dotata tra l’altro di bagno privato, è possibile trovare macchina del caffè, bollitore e qualche piccola vivanda per fare colazione. Ci erano state date le capsule errate per fare il caffè e il proprietario è subito venuto a darci quelle compatibili. Siamo stati bene

Por ejemplo: -uno de los baños olía mal a desague. -el agua de la ducha no tenía presion ninguna. -a veces salía fria -los tiradores para colgar las toallas en el baño estaban rotas. -el frigorífico hacía mucho ruido de noche.

• Joseph (1/5): Horrible apartment, Horrible host - Location This is the most arrogant host I've ever seen. His words were, "I don't have to waste my time explaining things to you because the money you paid was small." That's just an ignorant statement because the price we paid was the price it was advertised for. We never negotiated the price. The property had no lift, so we had to struggle up to the 3rd floor with our heavy bags. The so-called whole apartment had no sitting area, no living room, no kitchen, not even a microwave. It just had a corridor and 3 bedrooms. The AC in 1 room flooded the room and got our things wet.The host refused to come and fix it. We had to cut our 9 day stay down to 1 miserable night. The next morning, as we were getting ready to leave, the cleaner opened the door and came into the apartment without knocking, and my kids were running around the apartment naked. This apartment and their service is an absolute disgrace. We had to get a last-minute apartment, and it cost us a lot more than what it should have Almost ruined our holiday

The water from the air conditioning leaked all over the floor and even though I reported it the first day nothing was done. I got no response from the landlord and it kept leaking. The water pooling on the floor was a safety hazard and I left the property after four nights when I had paid for seven.
• Tamta (9/5): Very Good Stay Close to St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican - The apartment was a great base for our trip to Rome with friends. It’s just a short walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican, and also close to a bus stop, a Carrefour supermarket, and a Trenitalia station — very convenient for getting around. The place was clean and spacious, with separate rooms connected by a hallway, which gave us all some privacy. It was quiet too, and we weren’t disturbed by any noise, which made the stay even more relaxing. Self check-in was easy, and the host was always available when needed. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay.

You must wait about 2 minutes until water will be hot ans it hapens a few times in one bathing . The toilet was broken for one day, but the property owner fixed it.

Bright when the shutters are open and nice and dark when they're closed to sleep. All the neighborhood restaurants and shops you need. No elevator but not that big of a deal. Takes a long time to heat up and still kind of cold. Takes a long time to respond to messages.
• Mona (7/5): We were just lucky the housekeeper, Natoo was there to help us take our luggages up & down. Very nice guy. Also the - Only 20 mins. away from St. Peter’s Basilica. It’s on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. Housekeeping is not everyday.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent location, very clean, quiet and comfortable stay. - Location was excellent. It is close to the train station. The Vatican is a short walk. Almost all of the main attraction is walkable. The only thing I did not like is the shower. The water coming out is so little. There is unlimited supply of hot water but only a tiny bit of water is coming out. It is too little that we do not feel taking the shower the following day.

You can see the Vatican out the window from room number 3 Everything about the room and stay was good. It was a great price, and more than what we would expect for what we paid.

• Qwandor (4/5): Disappointing - Convenient location for the Vatican, and easy to check in with a code. It wasn't a whole apartment as the description said, but rather just a room off a corridor in some apartment that had been split up. The room wasn't in good condition, there was mould in the bathroom and the edge of the bathroom doorframe had come off at some point in the past. There were no proper curtains or black-out shutters so it wasn't very dark for sleeping, and there was also noise from the adjacent rooms. The first morning the shower kept alternating between too hot or too cold, and the other two mornings we ended up with no hot water at all, only a cold shower.
