- Morgan (1/5): Horrible - Broken knife, exposed wires and faulty electrical connections, drains blocked and overflowing after showering, infestation of ants, lawns unkept, front house had a party and blocked the driveway, multiple work men turned up unannounced, water was turned off during stay, men mowed the lawns and blew grass all over expensive football gear, neighbours parking across driveway making it hard to access, washing machine rusted, customer service were nice at first then ignored me after complaining about all of the above and asking for a refund, have escalated to booking.com. Definitely dont stay here!

- Jenna (10/5): Perfect perfect - I love the location love the how it was in a quiet location and the back yard just everything was perfect and the extra single bed was a win I didn’t like the fact it didn’t have a kettle and no heater but besides that everything was great

- Michael (9/5): - Comfortable, clean, spacious, family friendly. We absolutely loved our stay at this place, would recommend to others and we will be back 😃 Dryer for clothes would be handy in the laundry room. Small table and chairs outside would be lovely room enjoy the beautiful gardens.

- Sa’o (10/5): The comfort of home away from home! - It’s everything you’d need from the comfortable luxurious beds to a great large tv. It’s private, quiet and heaven to get away from the city life. Genuinely would stay again- nothing I didn’t like. The host was particularly helpful and friendly. Great hosting skills to ensure my family and I had all we needed.

- Kath (8/5): Comfortable & relaxing - Covered parking close, Wi FI included & felt very safe location. The lounge room French doors don’t fully seal when closed & bugs came in & no spray to deal with it & couldn’t get the gas burners to light
- Sutton (4/5): Not being able to have hot showers put a dampener on our stay. - Very clean and spacious. Beds excellent NO hot water. To her credit host arranged for gas bottles to be delivered on the weekend, but system is not instantaneous. We had a convention to attend so had to shower with cold water, but for the money I think things like gas bottles should be checked. Also no fly screen on bedroom 2 and fly screen in Kitchen is torn
- Charles (4/5): Great place with poor service as there was no warm water for all the three days we spent there. - The place is spacious located in a quiet neighborhood. There was no warm water. The staff was just buying time as we reported the water issue on Friday when we arrived. They never took any action, not even sending a technician to check what was wrong, until we left on Monday.

- Linda (4/5): It was very cold in Brisbane the weekend we visited and we could not even get a hot shower. - There was no hot water, shower was Luke warm it was a very cold snap in Brisbane, there was no heating. The unit was not very secure, the window over the kitchen sink had no lock. The second bedroom had no screen.no bath mats in the bathroom, no mats beside the bed. When we arrived we had not been given the correct code to get the keys. The upkeep of the grounds and gardens was very poor.
