• Jacqueline (10/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment in a fantastic location - The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent and right by the tube and shops, but is set back a little from the main roads so it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. They provided tea and coffee and basic cooking ingredients, toiletries and lovely towels. I was really impressed with the quality of the apartment, and the host communication was fantastic. They were really prompt and helpful on the chat. The price is also really reasonable for the area, this massive, beautiful 2 bed apartment was less than half the price of a very basic hotel room in the area. I would happily stay there again it is probably the best accommodation I have ever found on Booking.com. The wifi was outrageously fast also! Nothing, it was perfect.
• Joseph (7/5): Convenient stylish great kitchen Probably best for young, middle aged adults - Convent location especially near Tower of London Quiet Lots of dining options and close markets for day to day shopping Missing blinds compromised privacy and safety on this ground floor unit. Ironically I can now notice these gaps in the photo for this survey. Also note the advisory on accessibility For folks from USA might be unprepared for a tub shower without secure hand grips

• Konstantin (9/5): Perfect stay for a family - Great communication with the host, they got back to us almost instantly. VERY clean apartment and so quiet, which was perfect at night. We loved the location, so close to the metro and river sidewalk for great morning runs Pickup of the keys was a little hassle, but we knew that it was at a different location, so it was not a problem at all
• Franziska (5/5): Passable - All great besides the cleanliness. Also, the key pick-up is really not as far away as some other reviews say. Basically, you pass by if you arrive by metro or bus. However, the apartment should be cleaned much better. All kitchen cabinets are filthy and sticky, I bought some dish detergent with which I did basic cleaning so we could use it. There are also no towels in the kitchen. On the bed were hair and generally a lot of stains on the couch etc.
• Jan (9/5): X-Mas stay in London - This is a beautifull and and very quite place to be. Supermarkets around the corner and easy acces to the underground to take you erverywhere in London. We'll meet again. Kind rgds Marleen & Jan Not really experienced something negative.
• Kellie (4/5): Nice apartment but needs to put in new beds that are true KINGS and give the guests 2 key sets - size of the apartment The property was advertised to have 2 KING beds. The beds were American queens and they slouched in the middle. Additionally, we traveled with friends and the property would only give you one set of keys - so made it very inconvenient for us all to go our separate ways as we always had to meet up. Also, the key pick up was a long way from the apartment.
• Apoorva (8/5): A well located, comfortable apartment. The servicing company could do with some introspection though - The apartment is of a good size, new, brightly lit and clean. Kitchen was decently equipped (could do with an extra pan or 2) and beds were comfortable. There was extra linen (could do with an extra duvet, as was requested during the stay but not received) The property management service company was very inefficient and slow to act upon complaints. The apartment is on the ground floor and the bedroom curtain fell. They took 2 days to put it back up and in the meantime we couldn’t use the room due to lack of privacy. The tv gave an issue which also took 2 days to sort
• Anders (9/5): Superb - We are very happy with the apartment. However, it was difficult to find the right apartment. Would be good if there was a description which door to go into. In the description it only says address 32, 120 Gower ́s Walk It should say that it is apartment no. 32 that you should live in in a clearer way.
