• Christine (10/5): - Everything! The accommodation was very clean, well presented and fitted out. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Toiletries provided in both bathrooms, including hairdryer, washing powder and dishwasher liquid supplied. All towels including beach towels provided. Lovely well kept gardens. Swimming pool looked inviting but presumably not heated as it did feel cold! Wonderful views from the beach fronted balcony, in fact, perfect location. It was like home from home. When using the shower in the main bathroom (not the ensuite), water tended to splash out onto the floor due to there just being a screen and not a door, which could be slippery. Using the bathmat helped but that tended to get quite wet

• Carmela (9/5): - Excellent location. The apartment had everything you needed. The balcony was brilliant. Beds were fine, but could be more comfortable.
• Sandra (8/5): A lovely place to celebrate my 70th birthday. I will return. - Spacious, excellent view, comfortable beds. The second bathroom shower area, water splashed out a lot onto the floor. The tiles were very slippery when wet.

• Kay (7/5): Apartment is fine if you don’t have a car. - The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and clean. No allotted parking which was problematic. Car parks across the road from the accommodation were always full from 8.30am to 3.30pm. Often we had to park a long way away. This was not fun when arriving with luggage. Also, although the apartment block had a lift, there were a few sets of stairs to negotiate with luggage which was not easy.

• Kenneth (8/5): Very good - View of the beach was great and the location was very convenient for all Palm Cove facilities. We had no need for a car while we were there. The stairs were a challenge although that is just a function of the building and being on the top floor with a great view. It was particularly difficult for my wife who was recovering from a broken leg. One of the residents kindly explained easier options and it would have been helpful if the managing real estate agent, L.J. Hooker had done more of this instead of detailing the fines and penalties for any transgressions on our part.
• Stuart (10/5): Awesome, we will be back - Location of the property was excellent, the apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped. The building itself was great and the pool was bigger than we thought and a great place to relax No dedicated parking so you have to compete for street parks. Key pickup from a lockbox in a different location is never great after a long trip

• Monica (9/5): We loved our stay, the view was beautiful! - Fantastic location. Spacious and clean. Beach frontage view from living and both bedrooms and Balcony. Private swimming pool. Shops and restaurants right at your door step or in walking distance. Beach just a fews steps from front door. Second Bedroom only had louver doors instead of a real door therefore no privacy at all for vision or sounds. This is a problem for families or couples sharing. Parking can be a problem as there is no allocated space for your car and street parking fills up quickly.

• Julie (8/5): really good, but a few little touches would have made it even better. - spacious, great location, incredible view, balcony, air con in bedrooms as well as living room. the kitchen could have been better stocked. little touches like salt and pepper and cooking oil provided in most holiday apartments were absent. the dishwashing soap was empty. the lifts stopping on every second landing was a bizarre configuration - we had to drag suitcases up stairs anyway.

• Ted& (8/5): Overall we enjoyed the unit. With most of the problems mentioned ( I forgot no BBQ???) Fixed HAPPY - Yes this was a great unit, clean and tidy and well presented Well, Master Bathroom, had a leak in the Shower, I mean it squirted to the Ceiling. Could not use for the entire two weeks. Not suffuicent Bowls in Kitchen. No Mop to Wash Floor! Very limited Kitchen Utensils. No Parking in the Unit is a PITA (Pain in the Arse). No Bed Side Lamps???. For the Price charghed theses small problems should be fixed

• Laurence (6/5): Nice place - There were several maintenance issues which we reported directly to the booking office. However beware, for people who have problems with stairs, especially with suitcases, there are fifteen leading up to the entrance, then another eight down to the lift and another eight when you get to your floor. Also, they don't supply face flannels so if you use one, take one!
