The floor wasn’t throughly cleaned. There were shells of sunflower seeds on the carpet. There were a lot of varieties of items for breakfast but none was of high quality. The plates and bowls were made of plastic.

• Agnieszka (10/5): A unique hotel recommended for both private and business tourists - I stayed at the hotel a second time because of its unique character. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are varied, and everyone will find something for themselves. There is a fantastic lobster bar open till late evening with delicious food and beverages. The location is very pleasant, surrounded by rivers. It's a 1-2 km walk to the center, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, a night life. The area is safe, even at night. But above all, the warm words and thanks to the staff. Especially to the hotel manager and receptionist Michael Cheng, who helped me retrieve my backpack and documents that I left on the airport shuttle. Thank you so much!

• DX11 (9/5): Zeer goed hotel - Groot mooi hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is super en zeer uitgebreid. Kamers zijn denk ik wel weer wat gedateerd, zou best wat kunnen moderniseren.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und international, es ist für wirklich jeden etwas dabei. In den Betten haben wir phantastisch geschlafen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen Die Klimaanlage war leider überfordert.

Je voyage partout dans le monde et je peux dire que l'acceuil a été merveilleux et je recommande fortement cet hotêl. Le pressing de l'hotel fait aussi un merveilleux travail. Ca été un vrai plaisir de recevoir les chemises nettoyées et conditionnées parfaitement. Bref je n'ai que du positif...

Everything within walking distance and breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of choice. Rooms were very comfortable, Having stayed in other hotels in the area I would return back to this one in the future. Could have had a more welcoming/attractive bar area but overall the hotel was excellent and would stay here again.

Th breakfast and dinner provide not only a great variety of western and Asian options, but also the food was fresh and plenty of healthy options as well. Room needs some upgrade specially more there are not enough electrical outlets. Also we booked and hour training for tennis lessons and the coach arrived 30min late and failed to informed anyone. Yet the coach was very good
