- Marilyn (4/5): - The view only There were live cockroaches in the kitchen. Ensuite bathroom could not used due to shower leaking from the wall connection down the hose. Water out the shower head was like a running tap. Main bathroom shower connectors were leaking really bad hard to have a shower. Beds were too hard. TV way to small for the area. No cold water in fridge or milk, tea and coffee anywhere. No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner.

- Leah (10/5): Amazing stay, very clean and close enough to transport into the city - Very clean and spacious, and a good price even for Oasis weekend in Sydney. Only having one key, when it sleeps 4. This wasn’t too much of an issue only when we wanted to do separate things.

- Dr Renuka (3/5): Such a pretty apartment but not catered for long stays! - The location was fantastic Lots of things to do around & Walking distance to ferry and shops etc. They forgot to mention that the building still had construction happening. There were people working on outside of the building One worker landed on our balcony; Also there were lots of rubbish on balcony too; clothes airer was rustic. The lounge wasn’t clean ; it looked dated and it was not pleasant to sit on it. Usually most air BNB apartments have everyday stuff ready to go like a pair of scissors; kitchen items etc. there was one knife even that that was blunt ; there were no kitchen towels. We arrived very tired ; there wasn’t even milk in the fridge. It appeared to me that they didn’t care at all. Perhaps it’s okay to stay a day or two as there are lots of places to eat at. But certainly not great for people who stay longer. We stayed 9 days; I was counting down the days to leave.
- chantal (4/5): - It was clean Absolute nightmare to check in. Pictures they sent of lock box wasn't even the location of lock box.No staff or assistance from host was available to assist. You are expected to stand outside for however long and wait until- if your lucky, a resident to walk out front door so you can get in to access lockbox. Absolutely stupid. Had to wait for 40min until I banged on all doors to even get it. Found out after I washed our clothes the dryer doesn't work which was frustrating. I wouldn't stay again as it took 2hrs to get into room and we missed some of our concert. I contacted customers service at booking. They couldn't reach anyone either and said they have never heard of customer having to wait outside until someone leaves to access key. Was not worth the money and stress.

- Hannah (3/5): The location was good but the property was not cleaned upon arrival from previous guests, were then told to go out and t - Good location. When arriving had not been cleaned from previous guests and then had to wait 4 hours to be sorted and for us to return. Constant messages claiming we were doing things we were not such a leaving items outside the room.

- Dev (6/5): Worst beds in the world. Not cleaned well. Conveniently located to all things in Olympic park. - Convenient to urban surf and surrounds Wasn’t cleaned properly. Bread crumbs on the table was a put off straight away. Would have been nice to know they were in the middle of building works before booking. Weird set up to obtain keys being asked to wait outside until someone came in or out to be able to obtain access to the building upon arrival.

- Kristy (7/5): Nice location but poor communication and refusal to deal with issues. - Good location close to Olympic park Check in process was difficult. You need to enter the foyer to access the keys however the door is locked and the intercom doesn’t have clear instructions for how to call the receptionist as the buttons have all worn off. My son went over as there was nowhere to park and just waited at the door while they ignored him. Eventually I had to park illegally to go in and knock on the door to try get their attention. Then someone was in our car park. When I called I was just told to ‘use the visitor space’ which as far as I could see didn’t exist, and they would get back to me. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or anything. I asked what I am supposed to do just do laps of the car park and again got told to use this visitor space, but they couldn’t tell me where this space was. Eventually I parked in someone else’s space and spoke to reception myself and they sorted alternative parking for me. The visitors spaces are on another level, require a key and to pay a deposit. Which I think is something they should know at the help desk. Incidentally no one from air cabin ever got back to me either. The sliding door to the balcony was also jammed and unable to be locked. Again this was reported and I was told that they would get someone to come fix it but they never did.
