• Abbie (6/5): Great location but that’s about it - -Great location -Good communication from the company -2 keys available -Great view from the living room window -Overall cheaply and poorly done. -Blinds not fit for purpose - don’t fit the windows in the living room so impossible to make the room dark enough for the person on the sofa bed to sleep in. Shouldn’t be advertised as suitable for sleeping someone in that room. -Blinds in 2nd bedroom broken. Saw this comment in an earlier review and disappointed this hasn’t been replaced since. -there’s no lock on bathroom despite being a shared flat. -Beds really uncomfortable. -Buzzer for flat doesn’t work. -Room doors loose and banged in breeze from windows making it noisy and unpleasant to sleep in. -Needs some investment to make it suitable for the price charged. -Takes a large deposit which is not made clear in the booking - takes up to a week to return.

• Sarah (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable 2-bed flat at a great price for the area. - Comfortable & perfect location Wouldn’t suit people who struggle with steps & staircase to the flat.
• Sarah (10/5): Excellent stay - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was excellent with lovely bars, restaurants and independent shops. The short distance to central London was really convenient too. Nothing, everything was good.

• Asaf (7/5): Good location, and decent place to stay. Expensive…but that’s London - Excellent location in Muswell Hill with an unrivaled view of London. However the entrance is via a back street with shops and restaurants rubbish bins and can feel unsafe. We stayed twice a week apart. The apartment can get very hot from the sun. On our first stay we didn’t have any fans. The windows open very wide making them not safe for children. As a result we were too hot. On the second stay the weather was cooler and we had fans. On our first stay the apartment was very dusty behind the sofa. Our toddler dropped something and when we move the sofa to get it we all had coughing and sneezing fits. For the second stay we asked the management to clean properly and it was ok. On the whole the apartment is nice. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with small children, or if you have an issue with stairs. The management handled any issues reasonably well.
• Li (1/5): Bad - It was very unfortunate that this happened during our stay, it’s not being able to have a shower in the summer for 4 nights, we are very disappointed as Mr Barb haven’t told us how much he is going to compensate us, I expect at least a 35% refund. Since 24th July, Mr Barb hasn’t respond back to us, very disappointed and unprofessional customer supports service.
• Marcie (9/5): Nice place, we were satisfied, but would have liked better communication. - The flat has a wonderful view. Kitchen was good too. We were not able to access Netflix as it is advertised in the photo. We called Oz and Dom for assistance and neither called us back which was disappointing.
