• raelened (1/5): Extremely disappointing & overpriced - Not much We requested a cot - clearly needed for a baby to sleep in. No mattress or bedding provided so it meant the cot was useless! Bathroom fans disgusting, blind in the 2nd bedroom disgusting, beds/pillow uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable. No instructions for a fan that ran constantly through one bathroom but the switch was in another bathroom. City noise was extremely loud even though we were on the 38th floor. We moved to another location for the last two nights as staying here ruined our holiday.
• Aisha (9/5): Breathtaking views. Great Location. Attentive Staff - Amazing views, great location, owner was always quick to respond. Noticed that the property does need a deep thorough clean. It was clean enough to stay in for the night but did notice a lot of dust build up in some areas in the ensuite and in the vent in the shower. Apart from that it was a great place to stay in and I’d recommend to family and friends

Broken piece of glass in dishwasher,fans in both bathrooms extremely dirty, both bathroom sinks have cracks in them, first bedroom on right the sheet had a stain on it, couch all stained, blinds in both bedrooms disgusting either dust or mildew, batteries in tv remote flat, fan in first bathroom on right not working, showers need a good scrub. I have pictures if you want them.

• Anne-Marie (7/5): Ok, good location, but not ‘luxury’. - Great location and excellent views. Had almost everything we needed. Bedding configuration is ‘large double bed’. It’s not. Just doubles. Not even a queen. Too hard for me but husband liked it. It was 40+ degrees in Melb and the air con was really struggling. We had to clean the filters to get any air out of it. Absolutely appalling. I don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned! The fans in the bathrooms are also caked in dust and grime. The roller blinds need a clean with toothpaste and flattens moths rolled up in them. Hinges on kitchen doors need tightening. Carpet needs a good clean. The couch has stains all over it and is really uncomfortable. The apartment really needs some maintenance. Definitely not worth the money we paid, although it was Aus Open/long weekend so prices were hiked.
• Donnie (9/5): - View, coffee, tea on arrival, and if we needed washing facilities, they were there. They are pretty responsive, too. Location is awesome They used an App to access the doors, we where given instructions, and it was a little hard to follow. Esp when arriving at 10pm at night. They had 2FA turned on and we had to message back and forth to get the code to load the app onto the phone, so i would say set it up with whomever your staying with well before you get there. The Instructions PDF needs a slight regig as i think the app has changed slightly, iwas with elderly person and they had no idea how to do it.

• Jo Gordon (6/5): Great location in Melbourne CBD. Aparment was relatively quiet for location. - The location of the apartment was central to everything we required. Two bedroom and two bathrooms for the 2 people staying was also a bonus. The host was very polite. Grateful to have a key and fob for entry. 1 No dish cloth to wipe bench tops/crumbs was provided. 2. No washing up liquid and only 2 dishwashing tablets. 3. Clutter - things were falling down around. us in the laundry - hair dryer and bag of toilet paper that was loose. 4. Communal sugar bag that was on the bench open and an empty coffee bottle with one teaspoon of instant coffee. More attention to details could be taken to provide sachets of sugar and coffee bags and tea bags. 5. The owner clearly gave directions to download an app for entry into the foyer and apartment. The password did not work in the app. In the end we called the owner who remotely gave access in the lift and unlocked the front door for us. A key and fob was available to use for the remainder of the stay

The apartment had everything we needed plus a few extra things such as toiletries and washing detergents. The views were stunning The building has a funny smell in the corridor. Once in the apartment it doesn’t smell though and the apartment was clean. Needs new pillows.

• Jessica (9/5): Excellent location! - Really nice and helpful hosts and concierge in the foyer. Excellent location for Victoria Market, Melbourne Central - easy walking distance to trams and trains, restaurants. Excellent swimming pool for older kids (1.2m depth throughout) and spa. The hosts were accommodating with early check-in. The extra fob meant the pool could be used while others were using the phone app to get in and out. Amazing city views. As other reviews say, the app. to get in was really difficult initially, and phone reception was bad in the apartment despite being high up. It was windy during our stay, which may have had an impact.
• KT (4/5): Not a Stunning Apartment - Panoramic views Pool facilities Cleanliness was poor throughout the property, particularly in the bathrooms. The beds are uncomfortable as is the sofa. The quality of the linen was old and tired and the duvet was thin considering it was mid-winter. There were only two pillows per bed and these were rock hard. The apartment is tired and both sinks in the bathroom were cracked. Kitchen equipment was woefully inadequate with three teaspoons, odd sets of other cutlery, one water glass, dirty oven and rusty scratched pans.

The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils and implements, including a coffee machine, oven and plenty of supplies for the dishwasher etc. Everything needed to self cater. Would definitely stay here again . I wasn't 100% confident with the swithbot app which was required to access the property. Although once inside,there was 1 'old fashioned' remote key which I found more reliable.

• Hollie (10/5): Perfect location for family, great communication from host. - Could not have been better. We travelled as family of four - location was right near Victoria markets and a tram stop. We walked to Museum and Old Gaol from location, and used tram for Zoo and MCG. The kitchen had a few staples (oil, salt, coffee, sugar etc) which made it so easy. Having a washing machine and drier was great. I was worried at the start about using an app instead of collecting a key, but this was easy and once inside there was also another key so meant we could come and go separately. Views were great, location was perfect.
• Monique (4/5): Great location but not clean. - The location and view were excellent. It was not clean! The Kitchen rubbish bin was not emptied and cleaner had to come back to empty it. Bed sheets did not look clean, Toothpaste splatter over bathroom blinds and bathroom fans were caked with dust. Only 1 extra toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. For the money to stay it needs to be cleaner and freshed. Photos are nothing like the rooms advertised.

The property owner was great with communication and helped straight away when we had any issues. If I had to pick anything, the television didn’t work and would have been handy to have to occupy the kids.

• Pris (7/5): It was ok but could be better - Close to CBD I booked for 5 people, it mentioned there’s a sofa bed. However, there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed. Also, inside the apartment is not soundproof, bedrooms doors are glass slide doors and it’s somewhat see through.

Bathroom needs a good clean - Location Having to use an app to get in, as I was travelling the day the email was sent with instructions I was not aware I needed to install an app to get into the apartment. Thankfully the concierge helped explain it to me while informing me it had nothing to do with him.

It was all good except that it would be nice to have the following: 1. hand towels included for each bathroom 2. some sachets of sugar would be handy on first day of arrival. 3. Second bathroom's exhaust fan wasn't working.

The layout was awesome , bathroom and bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The lounge area and kitchen area were so great and the added bonus of the balcony . They had a washer and dryer , plenty of the basics were supplied too . Check in was different , if you didn’t have a charged phone or you didn’t have data it wouldn’t have worked . However the property assistant was awesome ! He always answered the phone . Cleanliness of the Aparmtment could have been better .

The check-in system (via app on your smartphone) won’t be for everyone. Your phone is used to access the main door, lift and the apartment door so you will need to ensure it is charged
