• Sonia (4/5): - La mia esperienza in questo appartamento è stata estremamente deludente. Si tratta di uno scantinato che somiglia più a una cantina che a un alloggio, con ingresso direttamente dalle scale e la porta principale priva di serratura: già questo basterebbe a far sentire insicuri. Il problema peggiore è stato l’impianto elettrico: la presa vicino al letto, già rotta, è scoppiata causando un blackout generale. Siamo rimasti senza corrente per tre giorni, impossibilitati a ricaricare i telefoni, e nonostante le nostre segnalazioni nessuno è venuto a risolvere la situazione. Inaccettabile. Il bagno è minuscolo e il lavabo era sporco. Il cosiddetto “terrazzo” non è affatto quello descritto: si trova insieme alla cantina sotto, mentre la parte superiore affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Risultato? Si sentono tutti i rumori esterni. E ovviamente la porta del “terrazzo” non si chiudeva. A peggiorare le cose, il Wi-Fi dato in dotazione non funzionava minimamente: essendo una cantina, il segnale non arrivava e siamo rimasti senza connessione per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Inoltre, questo appartamento non è per tre persone ma al massimo per due, e lo sconsiglio vivamente a famiglie con bambini: trattandosi di uno scantinato umido, non è né salubre né sicuro. In definitiva, la struttura non rispetta le descrizioni e presenta seri problemi di sicurezza, igiene, vivibilità e servizi inesistenti. Un’esperienza che non consiglierei a nessuno.
