• Bronwyn (10/5): Fabulous place for a beach holiday in Binalong Bay. - Wonderful place for a beach holiday. Too bad we only had a few nights. House was immaculate with fabulous views of beautiful Binalong Bay. A couple of doors down from The Hub Pizza Restaurant and only about 10 kms from St Helens for more dining options. Everything that you need is supplied. The second bedroom did not have a reading light which meant you had to turn the main light off and find the way back to bed in the dark. A minor problem only as everything else was perfect.

We loved watching dolphins from the expansive deck, and walks along the white sandy beach. The home had everything we needed with very comfy beds. Highly recommend the Pipi Shack. Nothing, we loved our stay

The accommodation, while compact, was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was absolutely exceptional—right across from the beach—which meant we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset over the bay. Being so close to the water, we took full advantage of the opportunity for swims and long beach walks. The host’s instructions were clear and helpful, making check-in and settling in very easy. We only wish we had stayed longer! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway.

The Hub restaurant was just 3 houses up. Pipi Shack was spotlessly clean. A proper lounge would add a touch more comfort and basic instructions for the washing machine.

House is very well appointed and funky decor.. Very warm and inviting. Great coffee spot nearby and wonderful walks in the National Park. Fabulous!

Well equipped kitchen Washer AND a dryer Beautiful garden Excellent views- could sit and watch the beach with a morning cuppa! While this doesn't affect our rating, it's worth noting when considering your stay. The parking is downstairs and the living space upstairs. With heavy bags and small children it was a little bit difficult to navigate. It would be harder if you require a mobility aid.

Eye candy views, directly across the road from beautiful Binalong Beach, very clean, very comfy bed, loved the retro interior & a few doors up from The Hub- delicious authentic wood fired pizza, gelato, desserts , Netflix & well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook, easy payment & key lock entry Only oil bar heaters - 1 for each bedroom & 1 for the lounge/ kitchen area…I know it’s being picky😊.. but reverse cycle aircon or ducted would have hit the sweet spot..

The long list of gene - My husband and I delighted in this charming 2 bd BnB beach pad with to die for views of exquisite Binalong Bay. What a marvellous spot to holiday. The southern leg of the Bay of Fires beach crawl - extending from Binalong Bay to The Gardens - is virtually on the doorstep.

We were nicely surprised by all the thoughtful provisions, the drawers under the lounge contained games, extra bedding, there was beautiful throws to snuggle up with in a basket by the lounge. The heaters were all put on for us before we arrived. We had called into st helens to grab provisions on our way, as suggested by the host. All in all a wonderful experience There wasn't anything we didn't like

Well appointed with well stocked kitchen. Insufficient heating using radiators. Needs reverse cycle A/C or equivalent and heat lamps in bathroom to reduce condensation.

• Paul (6/5): Premium price for basic accomodation - Communication with owner was good. Good instructions and easy access to the property. The view was spectacular, property clean, condiments appreciated. I feel it’s expensive for what you get. Binalong bay is quite secluded therefore dining in the accomodation was a must for us. We noticed several travellers mentioned no microwave. We asked prior to arriving whether a microwave was now available. The answer was it’s on order. It’s not good enough. A microwave is a basic necessity especially in this location. Yes there’s an oven and cooktop but it’s not the same at all. Premium price should include a microwave. Bed was not comfortable for us. It’s small and my husband and I aren’t big people. The corner lounge whilst lovely to look at is not comfortable either.

It was a great base to explore the Bay of Fires area. The cottage was beautifully styled and very clean. It had nearly everything we needed. The Meresta Cafe was 3 doors up and we ate there twice, the food and the views were really good There was no microwave

Good kitchen with appliances and some supplies. Instructions for door code only sent to email (not used during my holiday) and lack of internet in the local area to access the app to contact the management. Eventually made contact and the management was quick to respond to the issue with information texted directly to me. Basically, the app was the problem- didn't perform its basic function when needed.
