Large notice promised to charge if something went wrong with the spa if the instructions weren’t followed. There were no instructions!! No compendium as usually found all online info irrelevant as was the wifi password Very Frustrating!!!
- Mark (4/5): A disappointing stay considering the basics (Hot Water, Heater) did not work. - This is a very large home and had all the facilities and a good location. The process of getting the keys was complex and did not work. The system of getting instructions for the house did not work and eventually on Saturday, we were sent the details manually. The Wi-Fi information was incorrect. Had to determine this ourselves by logging into the router. The following did not work (possible due to power surge on the Friday). Spa Hot water system Room Heater We selected this place because of the Spa and we could not turn it on.

- Andrew (7/5): Had a pleasant stay. - Excellent location right on the lake and walking distance to club, cafes and parks. Carpets need a deep clean, floors mopped thoroughly and backyard needs a refresh and spider webs removed, trees cut back.
