It was really beautiful with the views, especially at night. The rooms had everything I needed and it was really relaxing to return to after busy days. A Washiing machine.

The host is respsonsive and helpful For longer stay travelers (we stayed six nights) it would be nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the spaces set aside for them in the laundry closet, especially as there are no accessible laundry facilities in the building

• Vicky Westwood (9/5): - Ricki, the host is very responsive and helpful. This place was a fantastic find. Perfect location for walking literally everywhere i needed to go. Within a 2k radius to all the things I had planned. Walk out the entrance and your right on southbank with restaurants, fast food, mini marts, casino, trams, trains and coffee right there. Perfect alleyway for drop off and pick with ubers and taxis. Great views at both night and day. Plenty of storage space in the huge wardrobes, excellent kitchen with all the extras like oil, salt, pepper, coffee and coffee machine. I had a blast here. I read reviews about noise from the elevator... I have no idea what that was about as i heard nothing. The water pressure was amazing. Also the aircon being set and not changeable. I would have liked to have been able to turn the temp down from 22 degrees, which was perfect in the day but i like 18 degrees for sleeping. Im a flower and come from a cold new zealand climate

For example in the elevtor there was a option for a garden but the key didn't work. The dishwasher also didn't work and smelt like it haden't been used in sometime.

Needs a nest of tables so you can put your nibbles and drink on when you watch tv …..plus I would fix the tv to the wall rather than sit it on a tv stand.

• John (8/5): Nice place, excellent location, good value, internet/modem issues detracted. - Just as advertised. Clean, modern, excellent location. I had difficulty with the TV internet connection for programming such as You Tube or Netflix. Would have to reset the TV/ modem daily to regain a connection. To his credit Rick was very responsive and contacted the provider when I reached out for help. But the problem persisted the entire stay. Room is right next to the elevators. I could faintly hear them although it wasn’t distracting.

We have very hot showers, and we found that we didn't need cold water in the shower. As a result, the pressure wasn't as high as it could have been. This was not a major issue, though. The shower was still fine, and better than a few change hotels I stay at.

Crown casino 3 min walk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The little& big xtras was a lovely surprise. Home away from home... Any help/ questions was a text msg away Stayed at the Metropol before but this is soooo much better. So much more convenient than staying in a hotel room. Towels/ washes provided includes shampoo/ conditioner/ body moisturiser, robes/ slippers . Little emergency kit and so many xtras was so thoughtful Was blown away, thank you so much Nothing comes to mind

Ricki was amazingly hospitable we had absolutely everything we needed and we felt totally at home. I had to work from the apartment and the internet was great the views were amazing and I couldn't have hoped for a better spot. Great customer service from Ricki and amazing little touches we felt like we were at a hotel.....But better Really refreshing to have such god service I cant mention it enough!
