• Ulrike (6/5): Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Lage war gut, nicht weit zur Subway. Zwei Bäder. Leider kein Tisch mit Stühlen im Wohn-/Essbereich. Schlafzimmer zur Strasse sehr laut, da dort auch die Fenster nicht dicht.

• Maria (8/5): Ideal ubicación e instalaciones para grupo de 6 - La ubicación ideal, muy seguro el barrio y podiamos ir andando a casi todo. Para grupo es ideal también, con habitaciones de matrimonio independientes y dos baños para mejor logística. Comparado con el resto de apartamentos/hoteles en la misma ubicación y fechas: la calidad precio es inmejorable. Hay que renovar alguna cama que estaban rotas algunas valdas. La cocina/salon era justo para 6 pero pudimos comer bien más de un dia.

• Tuesday (1/5): I would never recommend this apartment to anyone and I would never ever in a million years stay here again - The hot water in the showers stayed hot for a while. That’s it. The terrace did not look like what was advertised, the air conditioning didn’t work and when we called for help with it we were told “we would get a tutorial to fix it” and we never did. The stairwell leading up to the apartment smelled HORRIBLE, smells like rotten trash the entire time. There is only 1 towel per person for the entire stay, we asked for more and the person that messaged me back said we could go to the laundry mat to clean them if we wanted clean towels. We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, most of us shower twice a day because who wants to get in the bed dirty after a long day of walking around NYC? Most of the smoke detectors were disconnected and in a drawer. There were cigarette butts all over the Terrace in the back and even a burn hole in one of the patio couch cushions. They also asked us to take all of our trash downstairs to the basement and put it in the filthy garbage cans even though we booked through booking to have a hotel like experience, not an air bnb experience. Also they use ‘Park South Central’ and send the address of the Park South hotel that’s about a block away but they aren’t affiliated with the hotel at all- we asked multiple people at the hotel. We all expected more and were very displeased with this stay. The 6 of us will never refer anyone to this apartment to stay, we will only tell them to stay clear of it. This seems like a scam and you won’t enjoy your stay if you book this apartment.

• David (1/5): Very overpriced for what you get. Believe me - pay a Little Bit more and Check in in a hotel. The Price difference is mi - The Location in Manhattan was good Very Dirty Apartment. Everything was oily. The floor in the bathroom had Dirty footsteps. Hair everywhere. The Staircase is horrible.
• Kerry (8/5): Great location for attractions - Great location close to all attractions. Very clean and had almost everything you could need. Overall good but some small details which could be improved for the price paid. Air con in bedroom leaks water so could not use, security chain on door doesn’t work and communal areas covered in litter.
• Jennifer (7/5): Good enough to sleep in for a short visit. - The beds were very comfortable. The location was decently accessible to the subways. The building and streets were quiet. We felt safe enough. The large mirror in the hallway was a huge help. We had several issues with the showers and no help getting them fixed. We made due, but having a more responsive contact would have been helpful. Lighting was odd in the space, and a smoke detector was removed.
• Alisa (8/5): Very good - The location is superb. Just a minute walk to the metro 28th st Squeaky floor in one bedroom and made noise everytime you walked on. No proper hangers. The closet is the storage for cleaning equipment.
• Raymond (10/5): Spacious, spotless apartment in fantastic location hosted professionally. - The Host was super friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was seamless. The location was fantastic and accommodation spacious and spotless. Three super double bedrooms. Host remained available at all times to assist if required but were not needed. Will certainly be back to fully utilise the terrace which wasn't practical due to the snowfall during our stay. Nothing really.

• Frida (8/5): good central place to stay when visiting New York for a couple of days. - Easy access, good communication and good apartment. We liked the rooms and the location. Good cafes nearby for breakfast. Felt like a safe area. The space to eat and enjoy time together was quite small. we overheard other people in the building.
