• Lisa (10/5): It is not worth the value. - We arrived at our accommodation, and my kids freaked out when they saw a spider in the room. I killed the spider and notified the cleaner, who promptly cleaned the area. After a full day out, I went to take a shower and realized there was no hot water. I called the host, and she immediately sent someone to turn the water back on. Unfortunately, this happened twice during our stay. While the sheets were new, the bed itself had a very unpleasant smell. The cleaning was not up to my standards; I ended up cleaning the entire place and rewashing the dishes before I used them. What upset me the most was that I booked a non-refundable stay, and there was no mention on Booking.com that I would have to pay an additional city tax of 53 euros. I was very frustrated about this unexpected charge, but it was too late to cancel my booking since it was non-refundable. When I raised my concern about the extra charges, they mentioned that they had fixed the website but did not offer any compensation. They kept our luggage in the store room since we had a late-night flight. Although the host was helpful and responsive to all my emails during our stay, I experienced many hotels, and this one was the worst I have ever stayed in. I think the price for this property might be a bit high.

• Annette (1/5): Bad - Location was excellent, pitty the apartment was not as expected Bed bugs and dirty linen. I woke up with bites all over my left leg. Mattress unraveling and dirty. Mesenene floor I don't think has ever been swept. Kitchen floor needed to be swept and the kitchen walls were filthy.
