• callum (10/5): One night in Florence - Location was very good. Just outside main centre and close to train station. Apartment was nice. No washing machine as stated.
• Julian (5/5): We had a great stay but it could have been better with more input from the owner. - The location was great, having a sitting room was good. very poor breakfast provisioning that we had to prepare ourselves. There was a problem with midges which the owner obviously knew about but did not tell us. There were midge repellant devices for us to use, they were tucked away in a cupboard and we were not aware of them, if we had been we would have used them and not been bitten badly at night. Being asked to clean and take the rubbish out to the street bins after we had paid a cleaning fee was un-acceptable.

• Santhosh (8/5): Excellent stay. - The apartment was so good and clean. Not far from Train station and easy to locate.
• Terry (9/5): Lovely apartment in Florence - great location between the train station and sites - It was super clean and very convenient location between the train station and the Major sites. About a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the sites. The hostess communicated very well. It was very nice to have two bedrooms. The breakfast was basically a refrigerator stocked with cheese, ham, bread, fruit, juices snd milk. It had a little stove and we were able to make grilled cheese sandwiches. The description said that we could use a washing machine, but that was blocked off.
• Temsiri (10/5): Great stay - Host is very nice. She always ready to reply questions and willing to help. The best thing is she has prepared a lot of food for breakfast. Love Not really. It’s also my personal problem because I have too big luggage, so it’s hard to drag those bag from train station to apartment. It’s not that far but it took around 10 mins walk.

• Krasimir (9/5): See you again! - Nice, cozy, and perfectly quiet apartment, very conveniently positioned close to the city center, yet away from the crowds. It is equipped with absolutely everything you may need and more, even things for breakfast that are not in the description. The host Benedetta is super kind and helpful - Thank you! Water pressure in the bathroom was a little weak. Some hairs on the floor from previous guests.

It’s very comfortable, clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and ideally located near the train station and only a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The host was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended!
