• Julie (1/5): Not good - No deposit of toilet paper in the toilet - had to use bin Wet carpets (landlord said due to disinfectant) Dirty cutlery, glasses and plates Shortage of heating and hot water Filthy ashtrays on window sill and balcony Frotté sheets No view from windows as they were covered in film Overall impression of flat not being proper clean

• NGUYEN ANH (6/5): Suitable for 1-2 night stay - The location is fairly good, which is near tram/bus stations The bathroom's no-heat system and the uncleanliness in the stairways

• Susana (9/5): Acogedor apartamento en Bruselas - Apartamento amplio y confortable.Tienes de todo en cuanto a cocina, baño y habitaciones. Salon comedor muy amplio y su situacion es muy buena ya que en bus llegas al centro enseguida. Hay restaurantes, supermercados y mas en los alrededores. Las almohadas personalmente nos resultaron incomodas y escaso de toallas.

• Jasper (6/5): Goede locatie maar niet heel schoon. - Groot appartement in top locatie dicht bij busstation. Appartement was op veel plekkken niet schoon. Ook werd douche niet warm en kraakte 1 bed bij elke kleine beweging.
• Christine (5/5): Bilan mitigé - L'emplacement L'aménagement de l'appartement Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude de tout le séjour. Problème technique. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus avant notre arrivée. Le dépannage etait prévu mais le technicien a annulé donc sejour de 4 nuits sans eau chaude. Malgré tout bon contact avec l'interlocuteur du logement qui a toujours répondu. La femme de ménage est arrivée à 10h tapante le jour du départ. Probablement loué après nous malgré ce problème d'eau. J'ai fait une réclamation auprès de booking. Toujours pas de retour... Dommage sinon l'appartement etait top

• MARIA IZASKUN (8/5): El apartamento está muy bien - La entrada a la casa (portal) era deprimente y conseguir las llaves costó porque había 2 cajas y la que tenía las llaves tenía mal acceso
• Raquel (5/5): Aceptable, pero no lo repetiría. - El salón con buena luz y bonita decoración. Sofá y sillas de comedor cómodas. Limpieza regular en general. Las sartenes y ollas bastante sucias y viejas. No las pudimos usar. Faltaba bayeta y estropajos. En el baño no había champú ni acondicionador. Los colchones y almohadas regulares. La TV (que era muy grande y buena) estaba en una habitación: estaría mejor en el salón.
• Claire (10/5): Adresse à retenir sans hésiter ! - Appartement très bien situé place Flagey, quartier animé avec tout à proximité (parking, supérettes, transports, boulangerie, restaurants, cafés, cinéma, magasins shopping...) Accès au centre ville très facile avec les transports sur la place. Jolie balade autour des étangs à faire le soir et observer les perruches. L'appartement est parfait, très confortable, très bien équipé, propreté irréprochable. Les chambres sont à l'arrière donc très calmes quand les pigeons ne se mettent pas à roucouler ;-) Tout était parfait.
• Woignier (8/5): Very good appartement - L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, des bars et du centre. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové. Il est très bien équipé et possède le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Douche et WC propres. Le manque de rideaux occultant dans les chambres. L'appartement n'ayant pas de volets, tout le monde est debout à 7h avec le jour.

They even left us a SIM card to use 😊 unfortunately the hot water was a bit hit and miss even after a reset and also the wifi was not working. Otherwise no problems The property was close to some eateries and shops but an half hour Uber from centre of Brussels
