• Alberto (10/5): lugar ideal para alojarse en Atenas cultural - la ubicacion excepcional, salis del departamento y a media cuadra podes apreciar la acropolis de dia o de noche. caminando estas a 2 minutos de una de las entradas. nada, solo no haber prigramado mas tiempo
• Rasa (9/5): Great location & nice apartment. - The apartment is very perfectly located, next to the Acropolis, so all the main sight-seeing points or even the hop on hop off bus stop is at hand. Many restaurants, bars and souvenir shops are also near. The place is well-equipped, all one needs is there. It is on the ground floor with the windows to small inner yard surrounded by high walls, so, unfortunately, is dark, but we spent minimum (only night time) inside.

Uiteindelijk ontdekten we dat ze vanonder het keukenblok vandaan kwamen. We waren pas laat aangekomen (23 uur) Gelukkig was er nog iemand bereikbaar en hebben ze een ander appartement voor ons geregeld voor die nacht. Het appartement zit in de kelder van het gebouw, iets wat ook geen fijn gevoel geeft bij het binnenkomen.

• Izan Fareeza (10/5): Homey Apartment with Christmas Charm 🎄 - Our stay at Kallisperi Apartment was absolutely lovely. The apartment had complete facilities, making it feel just like home, and it was comfy and spacious enough for our family of four with its two well-sized bedrooms. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay, but our favourite touch had to be the festive Christmas decorations — gnomes everywhere! 🎄✨ It really added warmth and charm to the whole experience. Apartment is in the basement, need to carry bags down and up the narrow staircase. But still manageable! No problem!👌🏻

• Ana Florencia (7/5): Amazingly located basement flat to explore Athens by foot - The location is excellent, only 200m away from the south entrance to the Acropolis and the entrance to the Acropolis museum. Very close to Plaka and public transport (and all car rental offices). The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants and cafés. The flat has been recently renewed with good taste, and is well equipped (it even has a laundry machine and dryer). We had to call the host to get the wifi password. It would be nice if they left a note somewhere in the flat, because we arrived late and could only call the next morning. The courtyard is not exclusive to the flat (anybody can access it from a lateral door, this was not clear in the add). There are lots of plants (which is nice) but this means you don’t get much direct light. The flat doesn’t get much natural light and is a bit humid/hard to ventilate (it is located in the basement). The kitchen utensils were not very clean (but the rest of the flat was impeccable), and the furniture in the courtyard was really dirty, so we didn’t use it at all. The pillows are quite big, which might be a problem if you are not used to that.

• Anderson (10/5): Prime location in the perfect city - The location of this property could not be more perfect. Practically seconds from the entrance to the acropolis the apartment is a great location for Athens Gate, Zeus's temple and the gardens. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to friends and family.

Generally an excellent apartment No general instructions e.g WiFi code and what to do with the rubbish. The sofa was uncomfortable and seating accommodation insufficient for number of possible guests. It wasn’t super clean and we had an issue with cockroaches. There was no tea towel.

• Jon (9/5): Location location location - Location location location. Just off the pedestrian street along the Acropolis. It’s not what I would call ground floor as it is down a flight of stairs from ground level - no lift. Amazing shower, beds good but very firm. Very secure - amazing bolt locks on front door and automatic security blinds on all windows. We didn’t use the courtyard as we were out so much. We had some trouble sorting the heating cooling but the owner was very helpful.

Don - Great location- right by the acropolis so it's very convenient to see most of the main sites. Very clean and great living/cooking facilities. Had a lovely time and highly recommend staying here. Would definately come back again. Only thing I would say is that the shower and bathroom area can get very wet due to the length of the glass panel being too short. But that's the only thing, had a great stay here and would definately reccomend.
• The_mystic_traveler (10/5): Outstanding apartment in an outstanding location - We spent three weeks in this apartment—it's one of the highest-value places we've stayed in our extensive travels. The location is spectacular—it's right below the amazing walking path around the Acropolis. But it's in a quiet area, not a crazy tourist area. The apartment is on the bottom floor below street level, but it has a patio in the back. This greatly reduces street noise. It's one of the quietest places we've stayed. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and generally well-appointed kitchen. The mattress in the master bedroom was above average and the mattress in the second bedroom was average. Check-in was seamless with good communication. You simply fill out a pre-arrival form and then pick up your keys from a small lockbox in front. There's a lovely shower and a large bathroom sink with enough room to place things on either side. There's a slight smell coming from the bathroom drain, but it's much less than most apartments we've stayed at in Europe. Said most simply, this is a terrific apartment in a terrific location. We will miss it when traveling to places that are less ideal in the future.
• Ali (5/5): Bad management company - bad service - The apartment was modern, comfortable and had a great location close to Plaka and Acropolis. The service was non-existent. They setup the place for 3 people (3 set of towel). The booking was for 4. I sent them message on the night we arrived. They delivered the extra towel a day later while lecturing me via messaging on booking for 3 people. They did not bother to check the booking and did not apologize for their mistake. They did not answer their phone number listed. They only put 3 coffee pods expecting us to go shopping for more during 3 day stay! That is what they told me! I had to go and do some shopping for basic amenities such as toilet paper. A nice place but BAD and RUDE service ruined the experience. By the way, the unit is below ground level.

All organised through their own website which had all the information needed so no stress at all. Air conditioned, rooms cooled down within minutes which was fantastic in the heat.

It is an easy walk into the center of Plaka and there are restaurants and markets that provide a neighborhood feel. The washer and dryer is ideal for those who like to pack lightly and/or have a family. Absolutely would return!

• Massey (10/5): Loved the property, it’s position and the area. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Literally a 2 minute walk to - Property was modern and had everything needed. Probably the only thing was the double bed had no mattress protector.
