• Brian (9/5): If you like branded hotels it works well - Convenient for high speed railway station, metro and Longmen Grottoes. Good view of train station from 6th floor - soundproofing could be a bit better. Ample breakfast - nice to see some brown bread! Eggs cooked to order - cheese & onion omelette much appreciated. Strong shower - prone to going hot and cold occasionally. Staff on front desk are trying very hard to please. Coffee machine in hotel lobby a nice touch.

Helpful receptionist who ordered food delivery for us. They even upgraded our standard room without window to another one with window. Lack of restaurant choices which is actually not the hotel's fault :)

Buffet breakfast and laundry facilities and a “in room”mini fridge help made my 3 nights at this hotel.quite pleasant. Nil

• Ka Fee (8/5): Trip to Longman Grottoes - I chose the hotel as it is close to the Longman railway station and the Longman Grottoes. We travelled from Xian to Luoyang to visit the Longman Grottoes, then to Nanjing. Being close to the Luoyang Longman station is a bonus. It is about 10mins to the Longman Grottoes by taxi and less than 10mins walk to the railway station and metri station. The hotel room is clean and the family room setting is interesting. There are local shops about 10mins walk from the hotel. There is a shopping mall with more choices of restaurants about 2 stations away from the Longman metro station, which is next to the railway station. Breakfast is included and the breakfast is open at 8am. But the restaurant lady is very nice, she let us in before 7 am the morning we needed to catch our 8 am train. There is nothing much around the hotel so you will need to take the metro to shops or walk 10mins down the road. I don't like the setting of the shower. The shower door is open out to the room with no separation. There is no place or room for one to hang the tower or clothes inside the shower area. The vanity unit is open in the room with no separation.

Het personeel is bovendien enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat ons verblijf extra prettig maakte. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die in de buurt verblijft! Het hotel heeft ons positief verrast door de goede service. Een lokaal souvenir dat we hadden gekocht werd pas na onze uitcheckdatum bij de receptie afgegeven. Het hotel heeft dit opgestuurd naar ons volgende hotel. Dat waarderen we enorm.

• Anna (8/5): Location, new facilities and awesome breakfast! - This hotel is located in proximity to train station which is super convenient because you don’t need to worry about missing the train as it is a few minutes walking distance. Use metro to go anywhere else in Luoyang or taxi which is super cheap. Additionally, the building in which hotel is situated is newly build so everything inside is new and still relatively clean. They serve a really good breakfast. Considering it’s a new hotel, it could be a bit cleaner.

Fantastic choice of western and oriental food for breakfast buffet. Subway close by or very cheap Didis to grottoes and city centre. There’s a 7Eleven type shop very close by for snacks. It was a bit tricky finding places to eat an evening meal nearby, other than the train station. We went into town to eat as we couldn’t see anything local but we didn’t ask reception.

Per questa camera ho fatto un' eccezione fidandomi di alcuni commenti trovati e devo dire di averci visto bene!! Struttura davvero OTTIMA. Assolutamente un hotel 4 stelle! Vicinissima alla stazione dei treni Stanza super carina e con tutto quello che può servire. Doccia calda, grande e confortevole. Wifi perfetto. Reception 24h accogliente e che aiuta nel trovare driver per i posti da visitare nei dintorni. Aria condizionata funzionante. Lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita (ne abbiamo usufruito con esito super positivo) Colazione variegata e buona con una bella sala colazione. Voto 10 ma con Lode! È stato tutto perfetto, lo consigliamo vivamente!
