- Phobe (7/5): Location is great but the checking in process was difficult. - Modern and the location Hard to find the reception. Checking in was confusing and took awhile to locate where to go. The instructions were not clear.
- Melanie (4/5): - The location was good The sink in the bathroom didnt drain and smelt very bad The toilet seat was broken and wasnt attached to the pan The bed didnt have a mattress protector which i feel is a hygiene issue the window and blind above the bed was not clean I tried to bring attention to these items and it was nearly impossible to talk to someone

- Drshaimaa (2/5): Did not meet basic cleanliness expectations and was not worth the cost. - The location Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. The bed sheets had visible blood and bodily fluid stains upon arrival. When we reported this, the response was extremely indifferent. We were told they would change them the next day. The following day, only one bed was changed while the other stained bed was left untouched. The host justified this by saying the booking was for two guests, which made no sense as both beds had been used and both were unclean. The air conditioning was malfunctioning. It kept turning on and off by itself, made constant clicking noises, and could not cool the room below 23°C, which made the stay uncomfortable. The shower had a significant leak. The cookware was in poor condition, with peeling non-stick coating on the pans. There were no proper cooking essentials provided — only two cheap canola oil spray bottles. Only one access card was provided, which restricted our movement significantly. Communication from the host was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and management response were far below acceptable standards.
- Peaker (10/5): - Great location, right next to the Southern cross railway station , convenient for trams,buses and the metro. Plenty of places to eat, easy walking distance into town. Accommodation was clean with everything needed to ensure a comfortable/safe/quiet stay. After hours check in was easy, even for a 70 year old solo traveller as was check out.

- Chen Yew (5/5): Just a fair stay due to its location but not worth the price at all sorry - Location It’s too pricey for what I’m getting. The bed and pillows aren’t comfortable at all; shower gel and shampoo are with broken cap, not hygienic enough
- Gianine (7/5): Was very homey!!! Lovely stay all in all - The place had a good view and was accessible to many tram lines and the bus! Everyone was super friendly and helpful The water temperature was sensitive and would change while in use and there was an odd stain on the bedsheet when we came so we rewatched the sheets incase :)

- Louisa (8/5): A lovely week in the city! - We loved our stay in this little studio, it was perfect for me and my partner, the location is amazing, near to the supermarket and a short tram ride into town. The room was very quiet too which surprised us, the gym and pool facilities were fab too! We loved the little patio area to sit in :) Only complaint we had was that the water temperature fluctuates but wasn't sure if that's a building wide issue. We found that there was a crack in the shower head but sent a message via the app and the owners were very responsive about it, it didn't affect the water pressure so we didn't worry about it too much!

Need bedside tables and lamps (current lamp is too difficult to get to and only on one side. Your info said the gym and pool open at 9am which was disappointing but then actually they open at 6am so it was fine.

- bruce (7/5): Read the fine print - Central location After booking from booking.com and, to gain access to property that’s private owners, you will be sent a link to another web site, that requests a photo of your ID, then asks for your credit card details!. I found this very inconvenient giving they then have your details for a credit card fraudulent activity. Uses do at own risk! Apparently it’s in the fine print on the site prior to booking, there words not mine!!!
- DALE (9/5): - Clean tidy cosy & ideal location. Complicated after hours access made so easy by instructions. SMS from Lina & Dani a real help. Instructions to locate rubbish chute is incorrect. :) Should be right, right, right again. Chute inside fire escape. No big deal, I found it.

- Min (7/5): Good - Convenient location, it’s just across from Southern Cross Station, which made it super easy to get around. The water pressure, the temperature kept changing suddenly from hot to cold, which was quite uncomfortable.

- Nicola (6/5): Great location but apartment lacks powerpoints, extra keys and bedding. - Location was excellent. Having kitchen facilities was great, especially with supermarket almost across the road. The swimming pool and climbing wall were well maintained and easy to access. No undersheet on fold out couch bed. No extra blankets. Lamp on table beside main bed has no powerpoint anywhere near it to plug it into. One power multibox supplied but it was split along middle, so we didn't use it. Kitchen light switch is broken and there was no light directly above kitchen bench. Light switch needs attention as appears unsafe. Only one key supplied, despite my asking for an extra one. Not enough when you have three guests all doing different things during the day. No response from hosts regarding the kitchen light switch or the broken power multi-box.
