- Andrea (7/5): Bel appartement, mais cher pour ce que c'est - L'appartement est très beau, propre et fonctionnel. Bus et métro sont à proximité. On apprend seulement peu avant l'arrivée l'adresse exacte et surtout qu'on doit récupérer les clés dans un magasin à 800 mètres de l'appartement. Le code que j'ai reçu n'a pas fonctionné. Comme il n'y a aucun numéro téléphone tout passe par mail. Le propriétaire a rapidement fourni un nouveau code, mais c'est stressant malgré tout.
A la réservation une caution est bloquée. Pour une chaîne de volet roulant qui s'est cassée, j'ai été facturée 140 € ....
On est prié de respecter le calme du voisinage, par contre la voisine d'en haut s'inquiète guère qu'on entend ses allers retours fréquents sur le parquet.
- Osman (1/5): Untrustworthy host and unfair post checkout charge - room was clean The flat was clean and as shown in the photos, though a bit far from the city center. Be very careful with this listing they took an unusually high deposit (€600), and after checkout, I was unfairly charged €140 for a broken blind cord that was already damaged when we arrived. The host contacted me days later with no proper evidence, just a cleaner’s note.
It feels like they hold the deposit as a way to make extra money. The host is not trustworthy. I would not stay here again.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceedingly good - This is a great flat, it’s even better than it looks in the photos. It has been designed to a high standard with brand new furniture and fittings.
