Petra (8/5): Very good - A bit sketchy neighborhood
Dins (8/5): Very good - Even if the location is a bit far from main attractions, price vs quality ratio makes this apartment a good deal. Aldi and Carrefour, many cheaper eateries and good restaurants nearby. I liked fast and effective communication from the company. Prepacked kitchen amenities for use only during our stay (e.g. dish washer, sponge, etc) are provided along with some bottles of water and coffee capsules. It seemed a little difficult to collect and deposit keys on arrival and departure and instructions were not entirely clear but perhaps I was insufficiently attentive. I discussed that with the company afterwards and they promised to review and improve the messages.
Cosmin (8/5): Nice and clean - The apartment is nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The bed mattress is comfortable. It's close to the subway station. The bed is actually 2 twin beds with 2 mattresses put together. The big problem was that we did not had hand soap (the dispenser was empty) and only 2 small 10ml bottles of shower gel that are not sufficient for 2 persons even if you stay there just for 1 night. A cheap bottle of shower gel is like 1 euro and the soap is about the same, so this is unfortunately because we had to go and buy them just to make sure we can take a shower..... The neighbors are loud in the morning.

Victoria (7/5): Good - I loved the structure of the flat, and it’s location - it had great public transport links. Strange smell and did not look 100% clean. The communication was not great either

Luka (10/5): Clean and feels like home - Very clean and comfortable stay. The interior was really homey. A little far from center, but not a big trouble moving in a city.
