• Filipe (8/5): Boa relação qualidade-preço - Confortável e o proprietário respondeu muito rápido. Fácil apanhar transportes até ao centro de Londres. Algumas coisas estavam sujas, como o chuveiro e o exaustor. Num dos quartos, ouve-se o barulho do ar condicionado de outra pessoa a noite inteira.

• Kew (10/5): A very happy stay - Really good location and easy to checkin with clear instructions on how to access the apartment a few hours before checkin. Everything was clean, the shop below was also very useful for last minute buys and midnight snacks. The hallway area by the door gets quite cold when we stayed in late october due to the wind.

• Fleur (7/5): ruim centraal appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt - prijs kwaliteit was top, locatie zat best centraal, ruim appartement er was geen broodmes of afwasborstel en de pannen zijn toe aan vervanging. het was heel erg warm binnen, er waren wel waaiers maar dat hielp helaas weinig en de rolgordijnen bleven niet goed dicht zitten waardoor er veel lichtinval was

• Lucy (8/5): Lovely apartment, bad location and worse parking - The apartment was clean, spacious and very homely. The beds were very comfy! The sofa was not the best as we found it quite low to the floor and not as comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen area other than the fridge which was very clean. Overall a good stay! We enjoyed the time to ourselves :) The apartment is above a shop, which is left out of the description for the property. Had we have know this, we wouldn’t have stayed here out of our own preference. During our stay, I had my car impounded by the local council for parking outside the apartment, as we weren’t told the road was permit holders only. This cost me £280 to collect back! For the rest of the stay we had to park in a car park 15 minutes away, and get taxis back and forth. This cost us a ridiculous amount of money and we were quite unhappy with the situation. I’m now having to appeal the parking issue and hopefully have a positive outcome!
