- David (7/5): Good - Clean, comfortable and well kept and stocked in a nice neighborhood. The hosts responded quickly when we asked for a new dish sponge. The floor heating is very powerful and would be perfect for a chilly winter stay. The provided coffee is appreciated. The area is quiet and peaceful. A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The price, though in the context of Vancouver pricing it isn't too bad. There was some bumping and thumping from the floor above. Nothing too serious, but enough to notice. Some of the rules provided after the fact were a minor annoyance, such as taking out the garbage before we left. This sort of thing should be made clear in the booking description. This isn't a big deal, though, as we likely would have booked this place regardless.
