- Jen (8/5): We had a great time in Montreal and loved the locations proximity to park la Fontaine abd shops.Beds were confortable - Loved the location! It was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Liked the back patio too. Our stay was during the heat wave and although the apartment had fans, they were extremely loud, which made it hard to sleep. Also the toilet seat was still broken and kept moving around.

- Kira (7/5): Great place with a few minor updates needed. - Location is excellent; size of apartment is great; neighbourhood is very quiet. Needs a bit more care, toilet seat not attached properly. Hard to find cutlery, could use a few reasonable additions. Some plates and glasses chipped. Please empty cupboards and fridge of condiments left by previous guests, they were all past sell by date. Nobody will use them. Front door lock very difficult to lock, likely due to warping of wood door.

- Michael (8/5): We had a very nice stay. - Great location in the Plateau. Street parking (with a permit) was easy. Apartment was pleasantly furnished, well equipped, and clean. Very high step at the entry. Sofa bed was not assembled properly and collapsed when used.
