- Kevin (5/5): Good but could have been better. - Close to main freeway and only 7 minutes from Cabramatta. The front door couldn’t be locked from the outside, had wires exposed at one power outlet and front gate was broken - also, we were not told there’s a granny flat at the rear of the house that has noisy tenants.
- Nawar (1/5): - Just location I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rental property we recently leased. Unfortunately, the property was not in an acceptable condition upon moving in. There was a significant infestation of insects inside the house, which made the living environment uncomfortable and unhygienic. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the property was very poor and did not meet basic living standards. Furthermore, the advertisement for the property was misleading. The listing included photos showing a seating area at the back of the house. However, after moving in, we discovered that this outdoor seating area does not belong to this property, but rather to a neighboring house. This was not clearly disclosed in the advertisement and influenced our decision to rent the property. We are extremely disappointed, as the actual condition of the property does not match the description or the photos provided.
