- Greg (8/5): - Convenient location. Convenince store and good restaurant (Rebel Rebel) very close walk. Cups had chips in the edge, cut my hand washing them.
- Julie (9/5): Convenient location with free parking and the facilities of a hotel. - I liked the fact the apartment was in a hotel complex with facilities such as free parking, a salon , a bar and restaurant. The location also included a cinema which was an added bonus for a movie lover like me.
The apartment felt spacious for 2 people and it was well equipped and clean. The bed was also comfortable.
- Chandra (10/5): Perfect stay! - Perfect place! Confusing to find keys and then inconvenient to drop keys back to original lock in the car park.
- Mary (9/5): A very comfortable place to stay - The apartment was spacious with a nice view of Black Mountain. We appreciated having a generous supply of coffee pods. We also used the hotel facilities. Access involves a fairly lengthy walk with no luggage carrier available. Not a problem if you travel light.
- David (9/5): Good stay in a good eassy to access location. - We collected the keys from a lock box, The process was well described and documented but it still took us some time to located the lock box and took us some time to learn to negotiate the various lifts. Once we got over this it as all very easy.
The apartment was good, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The TV options were good but WiFi a little unrelaiable but still OK. The location is excellent easy access by car and a one kilometer walk to the city. Car parking was included and easy.
We alked to the city and we walked to Floriade. You could easilly walk to the parliamentary triangle from here.
Access by car was a bit complicated the first time but after that it as quite eay and straight forward. Apart from the initial finding the key, everything else was very good.
- Nathan (8/5): Worked great for me. - Location, nice area, close to EV charging, easy parking. Apartment quiet and new The small ironing board makes it difficult to iron business shirts generally and the power point next to kitchen table wasn't working so had to try other spots but not ideal. Easy solution via full size ironing board and fix the specific power point.
- Perks (8/5): We love visiting Canberra for a short stay and will be recommending the apartment to friends! We look forward to staying - The apartment is right opposite the lake, which means the museums and lovely walks are easy to get to. The cinema complex is very convenient downstairs.
The kitchen is clean and had everything we needed for eating in. The apartment has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Not enough wipes for surfaces, so I bought some. Maybe a few coffee pods might be nice and herbal tea.
- Lui (8/5): Reasonable with great location - Location Shower vent not clean, not enough tea towels, no tea or coffee. Lighting was very poor, no paper towels, no tissues, the finishing touches were poor
- Robyn (10/5): - Great location
- Barbara (8/5): Great location and stylish interior - Very convenient location for what we were doing. Nicely set up and furnished. Everything you would need for a self-catering holiday. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really good shower! Responsive and friendly hosts. The lighting is very dim. Fortunately there was a floor lamp and 2 bedside lamps to assist with reading, etc, but overall the lighting is not good. Navigating the entry process on arrival was tricky. Some info was out of date. But once we'd worked out how to do it, it was fine. Inconvenient only having one set of entry keys/fobs - most of the time we were doing separate things.
Ventilation is poor with only the balcony doors for natural air. The air con worked well but only really serves the living area. Fans are provided but it's still not great.
We had to reboot the modem (in the cleaning cupboard ...) to get wifi to work.

- Guest (10/5): - The place is convenient and really close to the lake. The host was very kind and attentive.

- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- Rod (8/5): Very good - Great location good facilities. General cleanliness was good but could have been better.
Ant problem in kitchen.
Range hood filthy.
- Shelley (7/5): Good - The location was really good. Close to cbd and other places.
The lounge area nice and spacious.
Excellent shower. Toilet not functioning properly when we arrived and bathroom basin leaking. Plumber attended but could not fix issues as needed parts he didn't have.
Apartment a bit stuffy at night.
- Greg (2/5): Very poor - Lots of maintenance issues . Have been passed to owner
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Great location
- Den (7/5): Good -
- Yoke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamara (10/5): Splendid . Great pocket of Canberra - lots of hidden gems to find ! - The view over Black Mountain - especially at night .
- Mark (3/5): Won’t go back there again - Location, car parking Broken glass door was untaped, unclean facilities, unusable coffee, no salt in shaker
- Clews (8/5): Perfect match to our requirements - Perfect location. Five minutes walk to the conference at ANU and also to the lakeside for morning constitutionals, 15 minutes or so on foot to downtown area. NIce outlook to Black Mountain. Good coffee and food at the hotel (Ovolo Nishi) shared ground floor. Host was very friendly, easy to conact and helpful when we had a couple of queries. We found there only being one pass-card/key a bit of a challenge as we were doing different things during the day. We worked out there was an option of leaving the keys in the lock-cylnder but this was 4 levels down in a basement carpark so wasn't a really convenient solution.
- Bevez67 (5/5): Great location but if temperature is over 27C seek place with air-conditioning - The apartment was close to our meeting venue and could open up the sliding doors on the balcony to allow fresh air into the room. However, rather noisy with lots of traffic as near a main road / freeway. I wasn't provided milk for coffee there was no air circulation, cooling offered. I could open the two large sliding doors out onto the balcony to allow fresh cool evening air (nice) but the traffic was too noisy so I couldn't sleep with them open. I was hot in the apartment when daily temperatures were only 26-27 degrees. The instruction book need to be broadened to address how to cool the apartment so you can have a restful sleep, if that is an option.
- Dave (8/5): A convenient spot for a short stay in Canberra. - The views from the balcony were great and there was plenty of room in the apartment. Having the bed just inside the front door was not ideal. A lack of air conditioning could be an issue in summer.
- Ralph (8/5): Very good -
- Thornton-smith (8/5): Stylish and comfortable place to stay in Canberra. - Convenient location, very contemporary design, well equipped, excellent hotel restaurant. Very clear instructions about access. Responsive owner. Problem with Wifi, Some distance from shops.
- Glen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Florence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (10/5): onerall it suited our requirements and was close to all the attractions we visited - Having to pay $150.00 dollars Cleaning Fee i though it very excessive considering we left in the same tidy state we found in(having removed all garbage and hoovered all areas and remade the bed Etc
- Paul (8/5): Fully self-contained living space in a great location. - Parking your car, getting the keys and checking in to the room is a bit of a process but the instructions given were very clear and concise which made the process quite easy. The room is quite spacious and has everything you need including a full-sized fridge and kitchenette if you didn't want to eat out every night, and washer and dryer to do a load of clothes. The location is great, within walking distance of places to eat and things to see. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great. The bathroom is located between the sleeping and living areas and the frosted glass didn't provide complete privacy. The lighting could be better in the kitchen area.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brett (8/5): Great value, will stay again. - bit of a walk from the CBD but nice quiet location. The hotel in parts is still under construction so it's an odd entry but the apartment itself is very comfortable. Entry to the rear shuts at night and the fobs don't work, not sure if this was documented and I missed it but spent a bit of time trying before realising. The instructions for the key retrieval were detailed but there are a lot of lockers so if you're not coming in by car, be prepared to spend a bit of time walking around to find the lock box.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cinnamon (10/5): great place to stay - location was good bathroom
- Richard (8/5): Great value - As described Nothing
- Mr (10/5): Exceptional - Location, facilities, comfort, proximity to cafes and views. Can't think of anything I didn't like
- Kylie (10/5): Fabulous quiet apartment in great location with excellent layout and included car park. - The little extras like condiments, paper towel, cling wrap and baking paper were really helpful. Car park was fabulous, easy to use and essential in Canberra. Bed very comfortable and love the selection of books on the shelf. It felt like a home away from home. Double glazing and two sets of doors to outside on balcony meant there was no road noise. We were in the middle of winter and never used a heater as the room was always warm. Apartment was set up like a home which was great for a longer stay. We will be back. The information booklet in google docs was professional looking but needed more information such as how to get the oven to work and what the heat switch does and how to get to the apartment from the car park. The LED strip lighting is failing and dim so difficult to see when cooking. It is tricky to use the TV as you need to watch it by signing into APPS and use the Apple TV controller.
- Russell (8/5): Very good - The location is great for quick and easy access all around Canberra. Lovely views and a short walk into the University or the City. Would consider staying again next time if available. As we had a car the free secure underground parking was a great help. Would have been nice to have a little more documentation about the apartment and facilities - minor maintenance issues - but nothing serious. When the TV wasn't working within 24 hours the issue was resolved.
- Emily (9/5): 4 day stay was very enjoyable - Very cosy, kitchen excellent with many extras should you want to eat in. Bed very comfortable, the property is located
15 mins walk from main city centre and bus connections. Owners very obliging and helpful. Unfortunately television reception was bad. Had 15 minute walk to catch buses and supermarkets none within 5 mins of property. This would be less of a problem if you had a car (a parking space was available). We did not have a car and relied on public transport.
