- Glenn (3/5): Place from hell - Location No guests allowed, I rented apt based on having six quests I was only allowed to have 3 guests. The staff blamed problem on owner, the owner blamed staff. Building was raggedy we had to walk down 16 flights of staires elevator broke. WiFi in building was very poor.

- Dotse (4/5): Disappointing - The location is nice. The staff friendly. The Internet service sucks. The Bathrooms fans doesn't exist, which makes adjacent areas very smelly and uncomfortable to be in. The owner was not honest about displaying the actual state of the interior wall in his post, not sure whether it's mold growing on some parts of living rooms or not. Bathrooms glass doors pose safety concerns at all times, could easily break upon closing, and seriously hurt anybody, not the type of glass that should be used for such purpose. Owner did not disclose about swimming pool out of service though everything is supposed to be inclusive according to his own post..
