- Nurul (8/5): Best value for money with parking, pool, gym and great location. - Nice location with parking, pool and gym. Property needs a little interior attention at places.
- Mark (3/5): Difficult, costly, poor communication - Found out I had to collect the key from Spencer street after I had made the non refundable booking. Asked to check in at 3pm which was approved(ad stated check in was at 3pm anyway). I waited at Spencer St and did not receive the QR code for Keypal until 3:31pm which meant I had a parking bill for $46 AUD. During this time I messaged the host and got answers that suggest the host's English language skills are not good. This also meant I did not get to the apartment until 4:15pm. the instructions from the carpark were non existent so I had difficulty getting out of the carpark and into the building. Is Booking.com or the host going to refund the $45 parking fee to collect the key??
- Rachael (4/5): Not Immaculate and disppointed - It is in a good location if attending Marvel and right next to train station Bed was extremely uncomfortable , one pillow each, couch was stained and didn’t even want to sit on it. Only two towels provided even though you have access to the pool.
