• Hanna (10/5): Bra belägen lägenhet som har allt man kan önska - Lägenheten har allt man kan önska, lätt att nå centrala London med tunnelbana. Rymlig, skön säng, toppen med airfryer vilket underlättade när vi ville värma upp mat. Smidig incheckning. Vi är jättenöjda med vistelsen och skulle gärna återvända.
• Tamara (2/5): Heating needs fixing before anyone else stays. - It was reasonably spacious. The heating was stuck on and the hot water pipes running under the floor made the apartment unbearably hot. It was also 32 degrees outside during our stay so we couldn’t take refuge inside as it was hotter in the apartment than out.

• Janet (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and efficient hosts. Excellent location for 2 tube stations, buses, Flixbus and National Express stops. Several supermarkets ((Waitrose, Aldi, Sainsbury's) on the doorstep. Nicely furnished apartment. The key box is very handy. The flat was exceptionally well heated. There's also a little balcony with furniture - this also allows you to cool the apartment down in warm weather. We knew there was no parking included when we booked. Overnight, at weekends and on Bank Holidays there's free on street parking but you can't guarantee a space. Outside these times it's approx £4/hour. The flat really needs a microwave! The electric hob was complicated to use and we had to Google the instructions. It's not the fault of the hosts but it's very noisy in the apartment block - road traffic, tube trains and noisy neighbours playing loud music almost 24 hours a day. Light sleepers might struggle. We still really enjoyed our stay though and would return.

My host was incredibly responsive, making everything seamless and stress-free. The flat has a beautiful decor. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d happily return!

The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—peaceful yet well-connected to the rest of London. A special mention to Eugenio, the host, who was incredibly welcoming, respectful, and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I had everything I needed and was always available for any questions. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a five-star experience in London. I’ll definitely be back!
• Christopher (4/5): Fine, but inconvenient and very noisy - The flat is well located near lots of transport links. It is spacious for a couple and is nicely decorated. Self check in is great. Eugenio was kind and helpful by message and tried to do something about the noise to no avail. The bed is quite small for two people. The water pressure in the bathroom is very bad (but luckily there is an electric shower). The flat is in a council estate and there is clearly a problem with anti social behaviour as mentioned in previous reviews: loud music was being played by neighbours for almost the entire time we were there (yes, almost 24 hours a day). There is no parking in the area as it is all permitted - this means there isn’t even anywhere you can park for 5 minutes to drop your things off. To be honest, I just don’t think this flat is suitable to be rented as holiday accommodation.

• Veronika (3/5): Poor - I was very disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards: the carpeted floor was visibly dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, spots on the kitchen dishes, and even mould on the kitchen towel. The water filter had not been changed, and there was old water left in a pot. To make matters worse, there was an extremely unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, poorly masked by an overuse of scent sticks. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were clearly neglected. I strongly recommend the hosts invest in at least basic cleaning before renting out the apartment to guests. Additionally, the doors felt unsafe, and the loud music from a neighboring unit played nonstop, making it impossible to relax or sleep properly. I cannot recommend this apartment unless the hosts address these issues and prioritize the comfort and safety of their guests.
• Martin (8/5): Kind and attentive owner. - Eugenio was an excellent host. Quickly responded to my messages and was super helpful when we realised I'd booked for the wrong weekend!!! The. home is part of a terrace of flats which are clean, well maintained and quiet. The Tube is a few minutes walk and service is frequent. You are 15 minutes walk from Hampstead Village which is gorgeous. Advised not to drive there as there is no parking. Nearest long stay parking is probably Swiss Cottage tube station. Flat would have benefited from a microwave. Otherwise all good.
• Klaudia (10/5): 10/10, we’re very satisfied with our stay - The property is located in a really adorable, calm and safe area, close to the bus and train station, tube, supermarket and many interesting places that Hampstead has to offer. The flat was clean, cozy and well equipped. Everything what we needed for a daily use was already there so that was very useful.
• Lara (4/5): Not great - Back door is broken and would not close. Insufficient tiny fan that did not work. No air conditioning. Neighbors complained to us that they were very unhappy with the owner for renting this apartment as vacation rental because of noise of tenants. Train station is very close, great for travel, not so great for noise since the windows had to be open at night to cool the apartment down.

• Mykola (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really clean, with modern furniture and a well equipped kitchen. It was also nice to have the balcony! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, so the communication always went fast and uncomplicated! There was nothing to dislike about this accommodation!

• Elina (6/5): Ok for budget trip - The main plus is the price. Also the owner is very nice person responding quickly to all the questions There was no electric for one day out of 3 I spent there. Very hot, with no possibility to fix the temperature, quite far actually from the metro, there are no proper curtains in the bedroom and given the lights and noises from the street it’s very hard to sleep

• Leonardo (10/5): Great place, great access to the city - I really enjoyed staying here. The location is great, very close to the underground (three different stations are at a close range) and you can be in the more central area of London very quickly. The place was also great, spacious, comfortable, and homey. Everything matched the pictures and the description. Eugenio was very helpful and left clear instructions on how to access the place. He also left everything I needed at the apartment, such as towels, bed sheets, etc. I will definitely want to stay here again! Nothing at all.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - This is a lovely spacious well presented one bedroom apartment laid out to maximize the space. The host Eugenio was outstanding with welcome communication from when the booking was made and on hand , friendly, helpful and responsive throughout. He was very generous in assisting for an early check in request You enter the apartment and there is a short hallway with a large one bedroom to the right, with a very comfortable double bed and plenty of storage two built in wardrobes and a free standing wardrobe large windows making the room bright Then there is a bright spacious galley kitchen with full size fridge, oven, stove and very well stocked with everything you need including quality coffee machine Then you turn left into a short hallway with small bathroom to the right. It is a cosy fit for one, but well appointed with a good sized powerful shower This leads to a large open plan living /dining / work space , with comfortable sofa , smart TV , dining table for 4 and office desk and chair. This leads to a lovely good sized balcony perfect for the afternoon sun The place was spotlessly clean , very well presented and I really relaxed and it felt like home. Great location minutes from west Hampstead tube the overground and Finchley Road less than a minutes work Nothing
